Druidman wasted no time. Forgoing even a five foot adjustment, he quickly prepared the last of his spells for the day, which contained a few more tricks. Swinging his gargantuan sword around his head, dark clouds began to form in the air, making a thick carpet of cumulonimbus around him. "Verbal component: DRIVING STORM FORCE!" he bellowed into the heavens as a white hot bolt of feral electricity tumbled downwards, skewing the air itself and leaving the faint smell of ozone behind. Rustling around through the cabbage of grass, leaves, and branches of what was left of the greenhouse, Druidman found a few long, sharp pikes and quickly speared them up and over the stump, with luck raining straight down on Turquoise's head.
With a quick downwards chop, a blazing green slice of energy erupted from the edge of Druidman's Buster Blade, twirling about it's axis like a top, but mowing a quick path through the foliage as it looped back around the makeshift cover bonus that his opponent had managed to dive behind. Druidman heard a satisfying blast as the energy struck something, though whether it was Turquoise or the log itself depended entirely on his attack roll.
Now Druidman took off. He quickly ran around the perimiter of stump, taking a double movement action to do so. As he rounded the corner and looked around the stump, he saw a blue-green blur blast upwards. "Curses!" Druidman yelled, "She's on the move! Must be an Air Elemental!" he added, amending his earlier assumptions about her. "Cunning! But at least she's off of this magical healing grass for now! I'll have to take this moment to strike hard and fast, dude!" Druidman just hoped that Dodecahedron, the God of d20s, was on his side tonight.
Druidman reached down and picked up a broken off piece of the stump that Turquoise had previously been hiding behind. Using one of the few dwindling spells left to him, he muttered, "Shivering Frost Force." and watched as a beautiful crystalline pattern blossomed around the wood, forming a perfect latticework of ice that coated it and shaped it into a worthwhile club. Of course, a club did him little good when his opponent was in the air, but this spell was just to powerful to pass up on. Knowing he was taking a -4 penalty, Druidman nevertheless hurled the club up into the updraft left behind by Turquoise, which, with luck and good rolls, would strike her down in a winter flurry.
Now Druidman spied a quick decent, though by design or due to his attacks, he could only guess at. Regardless, a quick Spot check revealed to him that a knife was clenched tightly in her hand. Druidman shook his head. "Silly girl." he yelled upward, "Don't you know attacking me like that only provokes an Attack of Opportunity? By making a movement action through my range of attack and passing into a threatened five foot square, I can take a simple attack of opportunity, granting me a quick and decisive blow to you before you can even get close to me. I admire your determination, but walking into an attack like that is a poor tactical choice." The words he spoke literally flew from his mouth, condensing into an orange beam of energy that fired straight upwards into the path of Turquoise's plummeting attack. Of course, Druidman naturally had forgotten a few details of Attacks of Opportunity, and so he somehow popped out of existence for a moment, only to reappear a few feet away, on the other side of the stump that he has been standing on previously. "Huh?" he added, noting that he was somehow back where he started: the one bald patch of earth left.
Now grasping at magical straws, Druidman cast the last spell he could think of. He sure hoped it would help him now. A faint wind rippled across the expansive plain and clouds, perhaps left over from the storm, began to move across the skyline, as well. Now, it was clear, that Druidman's magical storm was far from over. The breeze became a wind, the wind became a gust, the gust became a gale. Huge blasts of air made the grass whip around frantically under the strain; chunks of fallen plant matter began to gain lift and move, hopping across the ground and bouncing about. Druidman lifted his sword, and twirled it around his head like a giant propeller, focusing the winds around him. "Razor Tornado Force!" he bellowed over the sound of the wind, and around him, a massive tornado formed, lurching forwards lazily, blasting chunks of debris around it violently, reaching across the field and pushing towards the outside of the arena.

"Mrgffghrglhrmmph!" grunted the Electopian Whiplash Lily Judge, who still had a particularly large patch of grass gagging it. This is about all the Electopian Whiplash Lily Judge would have to say during this exchange of blows, so garbled text may be inserted as needed.
Turquoise began healing copiously, from a combination of a Recov50, her sunlight, and the grass's natural healing properties, and boy howdy, was it a good thing she did (+70 HP to Turquoise). DruidMan called forth the most violent fury of nature, and down came Driving Storm Force in way of a fierce lightning bolt that crashed straight down on the poor girl. To top that off, DruidMan pulled a splintered wood spear off the ground and threw it over the stump, striking Turquoise dead on once more (100 damage to Turquoise).
Reeling from the blow, Turquoise set up a Barrier as fast as she could, and DruidMan in turn threw a Boomerang to destroy it... Or, rather, attempt to. Whether it be to bad aim or just bad luck, the Boomerang went very far off its intended target, eventually slamming into a far off tree before disintegrating, leaving Turquioise and her Barrier largely untouched as she further partook in the healing of the grass underneath her feet (+5 HP to Turquoise).
Sick and tired of that damned stump getting in his way, DruidMan strafed around it quickly to get a good position on Turquoise. Unfortunately for him, Turquoise opted to use her Windy abilities and jumped high up into the air, leaving DruidMan to feel like some kind of terrestrial loser.
The sheer power of Turquoise's jump left behind an updraft of air, and DruidMan thought to take advantage of that. DruidMan summoned forth a frozen wood bludgeon through his Shivering Frost Force and tossed the club into the updraft. It went rocketing upwards as hoped, but at this point, Turquoise was probably better considered a pinball than a Navi. With an assist from a Cannon, the young girl performed an impressive kick-jump off the Skyvine Exhibit, sending her flying off in another direction as the frozen log crashed into the flora with little effect.
Turquoise's aerial stunts weren't done with that, though, as she readied an Airshot and BambooKnife to convert herself into some sort of rocket-powered javelin or something. With a bang, the gun fired, and the blue battler absolutely tore through the air, reaching DruidMan's position in the blink of an eye and slamming straight into his chest with BambooKnife pointing forward. The sheer power of the collision was enough to shear Turquoise's Barrier right off her body, and send DruidMan careening into the Thick Vegetation, which, while it began weaving its vines around him, acted as a good enough cushion to save him some extra damage (85 damage, Microbursted into Thick Vegetation to DruidMan; Barrier lost to Turquoise). With her Barrier gone and both competitors a little hazy in the mind from the collision, DruidMan half-mindedly fired his Complicated Math Force beam, which somehow managed to hit the now defenseless Turquiose (8 damage, Stun to Turquoise).
In a break of the usual trend throughout this battle, there was still yet some action to be had in the end. Turquoise tried to make for the nearest Boulderbark Stump, but the recoil from the collision still ailed her enough to slow her down for just a moment. DruidMan, quickly getting tied down by the Thick Vegetation, launched one last spell in way of Razor Tornado Force as a response. The wind itself ended up missing the mark a little, but a stray log from a broken Wall-In-Log's-Clothing got caught up in the funnel before flying out and striking Turquoise, sending her flying off and crashing into the thick body of a Propeller Fruit Tree before the Stun that plagued her took hold (30 damage to Turquoise).

"Ngh," Turquoise winced as the debilitating effects of Druidman's stream of speech took hold of her. Thankfully, her opponent was of the same position, what with those plants she blasted him into. Nature really was on her side, the blue-chromed navi thought merrily as sunlight shined down upon her.
"You okay?" Shin asked, a little concerned, but still having fun.
"Quite alright, I'll need a Rageclaw, some firepower, and some defense soon though," Turquoise replied merrily, the effects of Druidman's Complicated Math Force wearing off.
"Righto! One Rageclaw, coming right up!" the self-proclaimed ace hummed, sending the requested chip into the PET before browsing through his folder to fulfill the next set of requests.
Sighing, Turquoise grimaced as her right arm mutated into a gigantic bear's claw. Tightly gripping the BambooKnife that served her so well during this battle, she took one look at Druidman...
...and sent the BambooKnife flying through the air at his face. The fairy-tale fighter had hurled the BambooKnife with herculean effort with the assistance of the Rageclaw, thus the current result of it flying through the air. Just thought it would be nice if you knew how it was thrown.
Moving on, the blue battle accessed another chip in her repertoire. It was familiar, so she instantly whipped out the pistol signature to her gun attacks. Taking no more aim that positioning the barrel right at her opponent's body, Turquoise fired, smart-bomb tipped kernels of corn exploding out of her firearm as they attempted to give Druidman and good beating, more than once. After the initial impact, there would surely be a reaction from the smart-bomb, sending another explosion to her enemy to give Turquoise more of a chance.
With that, Turquoise resumed her tactics of guerrilla warfare, racing behind the nearest Boulderback Stump and anchoring herself there for the moment. A refreshing wave of green light washed over her, healing some more wounds as she rested behind her guardian stump.
"That felt better, let's get up to speed after this, eh?" Turquoise commented to Shin, Honeycombs surrounding her figure as she leaned against the surface of the stump. Bees buzzed furiously within the shield created by the RiskyHoney defense, ready to launch whenever it was broken.
"Sure, whether we win or lose, we'll still have had some fun," Shin replied, flipping his sunglasses back over his eyes and adjusting them firmly over the crest of his nose.
"Mm Hm," Turquoise nodded, content to hide behind the Boulderback stump and take in the scent of nature.

Druidman was trapped in the foliage like a wounded animal, just waiting for a predator to swoop in and finish him off. "Urg, I'm out of spells per day..." he muttered. "I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it, man." So far his Fortitude saves had all rolled good, but he couldn't keep depending on that. Once his HP hit -10, he was dead, and that's all there was to it.
So here he was, trapped in vines and stuff, knowing that struggling his way out would make him easy pickings for his opponent. He still had enough health to withstand a couple more blasts, but He was taking damage at a quicker rate than he could dish out. He wondered if he just lied there, maybe all of the turquoise demon's attacks would go high over him, giving him a chance to jump up and out for a comeback.
Wait, no, he wasn't a coward. And, come to think of it, he wasn't a sitting duck here, either. He had a cover bonus! He wasn't the prey, HE was the predator! He would simply lie in wait here in the brush, then launch his offensive from right here! Victory was still within his grasp! He could still get his hands on the loot. Oh! The glorious, wonderful loot!
Druidman, ever so slowly, moved himself into a squatting position, and he set his massive sword down next to him soundlessly. "I need everything we have left." he whispered almost inaudibly, knowing that his Player would get the message. And indeed he did, as Druidman felt a cascade of offensive data swirl into him.
A faint smirk twitched across his face.
Druidman set his wrists together, and held them close to his chest, and he felt the data channel into his palms, and reform into a solid, round metal shape. He rolled himself a quarter-ways forward, and then punched his hands up into the air, wrists still locked together, palms outward, and flung the minibomb up and out of the underbrush, with a short yelp of, "HADOUKEN!"
Quickly not missing a beat, Druidman pulled his hands back again, this time channeling three times the energy, and using all of his mental focus to bring the raw power under his control. "KAMEHAMEHA!" he roared, surging his hands forward before the three minibombs had completely formed, resulting in a blue wave of energy that formed into three solid balls of explosive power hailing downwards towards his opponent.
Now Druidman was running low on this bag of tricks, but he was far from finished, yet. Popping up from his stoop, and snatching up his blade in one, fluid motion, he found in his hands a large seed. This seed, to him, anyway, was a symbol. It was like the outcome of this battle was based on the outcome of this one, lone seed. It had the potential. Druidman sighed. He was gonna risk everything now. It was all on the line, chips on the table, bet called, he had nothing left to do than to throw down his hand.
Instead, he threw it up into the air.
Now Druidman brought his buster blade up to bear pointing it's tip at the rising seed and tracking it as it moved in it's arc. "Finished, dude." he muttered as he fired a blast of water energy from it's tip, ready to activate the seed of his destiny. "WOOD... NOVA!" he added dramatically.
Druidman didn't have much left in him. He knew that. One way or the other, this battle would be over soon. Of that, he had no doubt. He could only hope and pray to the goddess of nature that his attack rolls had been true.

Opportunity was high at the moment, as while DruidMan was dangling a few feet above the ground, there was nothing stopping him from attacking the stunned and helpless Turquoise. The druid-turned-gamemaster Navi inputted the commands for his Minibomb special attack after wrestling with the vegetation for a better position, but unfortunately DruidMan's thumb slipped on the quarter circle forward and the explosive attack sailed far to the right, missing the young girl by what seemed like a mile.
With the paralysis now wearing off, Turquoise was ready to take the offensive as sunlight bathed her body once again (+15 HP to Turquoise). Her attack was twofold, with impromptu-throwing BambooKnife leading the charge ahead of her familiar CornShot. To give the flying blade a little extra kick, the petite fighter materialized a RageClaw on her hand to grip the BambooKnife with, creating a rather intimidating appearance as the vicious nails of the claw wrapped around the hilt of yet another sharp edge. In her other hand appeared a pistol loaded with the vegetable-grade ammo, which was quickly aimed into the mess of plants that DruidMan was in.
Speaking of the warrior of nature, DruidMan wasn't about to sit around idly and let his opponent pound the crap out of him. Undeterred by the failure of his last technique, he strung together an even more complex button combo to summon a trio of new Minibombs. With his payload provided, DruidMan channeled all of his inner power, gathering all three explosives in a layer of energy in preperation to attack.
And with all prepartations complete, both Navis launched their attacks, sending various forms of damage incarnate flying and criss-crossing through the air as they hoped to one-up each other. Turquoise's projectile BambooKnife slipped through all three Minibombs, yet it was all for naught as the blade missed by just inches and lodged itself in one of vegetation's vines before disappating into nothingness. DruidMan's trio of Minibombs couldn't keep their formation for very long, and two of them ended up dropping short of the target, leaving just a single explosive to strike Turquoise (60 damage to Turquoise). It wasn't all bad news for the little lady, however, as the failed BambooKnife attack shifted the vegetation around enough to give her a clear shot at DruidMan with the CornShot, which struck him dead-on, although the additional damage spread from the chip was completely snuffed out by just how thick the vegetation really was (75 damage to DruidMan). And, of course, the two Minibombs that had fallen short managed to crash right into the middle of the arena, blasting the still-gagged Electopian Whiplash Lily Judge into oblivion... again, causing the Skyvine Exhibit to unravel and reveal the ceiling of the Greenhouse's dome (120 damage to Electopian Whiplash Lily Judge).
In the aftermath of the struggle, both Navis opted to pull back for a moment, although for different purposes. Turquoise made a run for the nearest Boulderbark Stump before taking cover behind it and activating another Recov50 (+50 HP to Turquoise). DruidMan, meanwhile, decided to do set up for one more attack as he threw the seed of a TreeBomb out into the field.
Armed with a Bubbler and the gun proficiency of his SeraphCross, DruidMan made a flawless shot on the seed, blasting it with water and causing it to spring to life and rampage forward. Turquoise responsed by summoning forth a RiskyHoney nest to defend her, but as both of them had discovered earlier in the fight... There was no stopping a rampaging TreeBomb. The towers of wood plowed straight through the nest, tunneled straight under the Boulderbark Stump, and sprung back out of the ground under Turquoise's feet, dealing some pretty heavy damage to her (90 damage to Turquoise). While the attack had hit her pretty hard, the RiskyHoney nest was struck even stronger being the first in line, and the bees within were absolutely infuiriated. A quintet of them buzzed out of the nest, looking around for a target for a second before keying in on DruidMan. The violent incests then charged forward through the air, their anger causing them to fly in with unparalleled accuracy as all five of the bees struck DruidMan in the chest, hitting the Navi pretty hard as he remained within the Thick Vegetation (65 damage to DruidMan).

This was it, through all the fighting and passage of time, this would be the decisive moment of the match. Mustering up her strength, Turquoise rose to her feet, the Honeycombs gone, and the sun shining brilliantly overhead, granting her the power to move forward.
"I had fun," Turquoise commented, turning to face Druidman as a green wave of light washed over her body, healing her injuring further. "But let's put an end to this! I'll come at you with the best moves I possess!"
"Hehe, that's the spirit. You have something planned?" Shin remarked, laying out the small remaining bits of his folder in front of him.
"They do say the best offense is a good defense, don't they?" the blue battler replied, smirking confidently. "It's a bit cliche, but why don't we go with that?"
"Sure, I've already got something planned. You can roll with it, right?" Shin chuckled, spinning four more chips up.
"Of course, whom might you be asking these silly questions?" the fairy-tale fighter inquired, closing her eyes and feeling the rush of the battle overtake her. The wind was calm today.
"Then... get set!" Shin yelled, dramatically sending the first of the four chips into the PET. "Go for it!"
"Haaaaaaah!" Turquoise cried out, dashing out from behind the safety of the Boulderback stump and charging toward Druidman, sticking her palm out forward.
Any normal navi would've expected a shot-based attack from the motion Turquoise just performed, but the blue battler soon skidded to a complete stop, shifted her body to the side, and snapped her arm upward, generating a yellow shield in front of the wood navi. Turquoise was on the offensive, no matter how you looked at it. Even with the defensive chips at hand, there was no doubting her aggressive charge right into Druidman's range of fire and taking any attacks she could and trying to reflect them back with the power of her Guard1 chip.
In the midst of all this, the second chip was sent in, and Turquoise grew more confident as more healing energy enveloped her, from the recovery chip, and the blessings of nature below her feet. She was ready.
"Certain Death..." the emissary of nature mumbled, suddenly drawing out two Boomerangs to her sides. The wooden sickles spun dangerously before Turquoise gripped them firmly at the ends. Giving an appraising look at her opponent, Turquoise drew her arms further back and leaned forward.
"Double..." Turquoise called, raising her voice, taking a mighty step forward and sending the first Boomerang flying at her opponent, a harbinger of what's to come. A step crossing over her front leg, and planting her left foot firmly in the ground, Turquoise twisted her body from left to right, the rotation giving the Boomerang that extra spin it needed. With the yell, "BOOMERANG!" the sky-cloaked warrior launched the weapon out of her outstretched arm, sending the second chasing after its forerunner with more intensity than the initial launch.
As the two Boomerangs made their way to her opponent, slicing through the air as their menacing forms came close to the enemy, Turquoise decided it was time to rest. Breathing a sigh of satisfaction, the blue battler, snapped her left elbow up, generating yet another yellow shield in front of her. This was her final stand, and hopefully, the match would end, in one way or another, but for all it's worth...
"I definitely had fun," Turquoise commented, smiling radiantly as the results would be soon to come.

Druidman, still nestled inside Nature's Embrace in the form of a cocoon of vines, laughed weakly. "So..." he choked out, "I'm still alive, dude." Perspiration was clinging lightly to his face like a morning dew, and a small bead of sweat began to form and slowly trail down his temple. "I'll tell you what, though, Player." Druidman said, now addressing Steve, "I'm about sick of this jungle."
Steve, too, laughed. "Yeah, me too." he said with little emotion. "I'm afraid that there isn't much I can still do for you right now." He looked at what chips he had left. Several were useful, but not useful enough to help. Except... "Hey, Druidman. I have a, uh... Restore Potion here for you."
Druidman looked up toward the tabletop. "Restore Potion?!" he said as his neck snapped upwards to follow his face. "Then there's still hope! I can fight once more! Send it down to my inventory, Player!"
Steve slotted in the chip. This would be the only means of support he could give this turn. He just hoped that Druidman had the Initiative score to use it quickly and fight his way out of that cabbage he was stuck in. Druidman had told him that he had an excellent DEX for a druid, so Steve assumed that it would help carry him through to last, remaining challenge.
A phial of potion formed on Druidman's belt, and he reached for it. He felt his fingers close around the cool cylinder of glass and gently tug it free of it's holster. Bringing it up to his face, Druidman's other hand came up to the top and began to twist and pull at the cork stopper. With a slight squeak and a faint pop, the cork was free, falling gently back down to the earth, and the phial was up ended over Druidman's open mouth.
From the moment the bluish liquid splashed onto his dry tongue and throat, Druidman began to feel rapidly more vibrant and healthy. When, at last, the remaining potion was drained, Druidman carelessly tossed the empty glass tube over his shoulder, where it disintegrated before it even hit the forest floor, it's purpose was done.
Now, Druidman turned his attention to his current predicament. He was trapped in a thick bed of vines, with a potentially psychotic turquoise colored she-demon on the other side, no doubt hurling venomous curses and deadly magics his way even now. His previous attempts to vanquish her had, thus far, been unsuccessful. He was out of magic himself.
That was it. Now, a plan was formulating in his head. He had two problems which were preventing him from solving this big problem. He was stuck, and he had no magic. Clearly, his solution was obvious to even him. Get free, and get magical. Not knowing how to solve the latter, he focused on the former, reaching and pulling away the bonds that kept him confined, tearing his way outwards to freedom.
Even as he tore, he felt his impressive luck hit him again. Somehow, Random Luck had Forced it's way into his Recovery potion, and he felt a handful of spells come back to him. Perhaps the gods themselves had a stake in this battle? Surely, the had no interest in the loot, but perhaps some strange divine bet, with immortal souls as the ante, was at stake here, and so their attention was on Druidman himself now, their very presence bolstering his power?
Regardless, he felt the heat of magic flow back into his tattered body. Now much, but perhaps enough to turn things back around and to save this victory. Druidman made a five foot adjustment on the grid-board towards his, now he saw, charging opponent. A large, yellow shield was pulled up in front of it, no doubt they expected a frontal attack from him. Close, but not quite. Druidman used his somatic and verbal components of his spell with the whispered words; "Entangling Heat Force." Heaving up his massive sword, in a feat that would have otherwise defied gravity, but now seemed plausible next to this own hair, and the blade became imbued with fire and heat, and Druidman set off in a short run around the side, as the very grass terrain around Turquoise reached up and whipped and clawed at her shield, in an attempt to pull it free and leave her exposed, and then, Druidman dived in and swung the blade madly, setting the ground ablaze and making the very air glow in an orange inferno.
Druidman felt another spell return to him, and this time he smiled. Not only was it another indirect attack, but it was a powerful spell in it's own right. Once again, the words just barely escaped his dry lips; "Sanctified Recovery Force." At once, it seemed as though Fate Itself intertwined the destinies of these two beings, and with a green thread, connected them. Again, even the terrain of the arena seemed to quiver in anticipation of the transfer of life energy around it, almost willing it to happen, for Druidman, in whatever form he took, was the champion and avatar of Nature's Fury. With a dazzling burst of light, Druidman began to siphon off life energy from whatever it was that fate had decreed.
Now Druidman knew the last spell he had been given. Ironic it was, too, for it had been the spell he had opened their match with. Now it would serve as their end cap, the seal that would bind the match closed forever. Druidman felt it's power swell through him, and so, he stood, tall and firm, against his opponent, and he shouted, "This ends here! NOURISHING FLOOD FORCE." and, right from in front of his planted feet, a surge of water sprung upwards from some unseen underground river, and splashed and flowed forwards, scraping up chunks of dirt and sod and wood from around the broken, shattered greenhouse, forming a swift moving, rapid current of spring water and debris, channeled straight for Turquoise. Druidman saw a flash of yellow as the waters began their journey, and smiled. He had yet to encounter a shield of any form that could stop an entire flood.
Druidman spun his Buster Blade around in the air, then slammed it down into the ground at a slight angle. He felt the soothing, cooling mists rising off of the river and enveloping him, filling him with renewed spirit. Folding his arms, he turned his back on the match, and roared over his shoulder, "I AM DRUIDMAN, NATURE'S FURY."

The action... wasn't very action-y for a while, as both DruidMan and Turquoise decided to heal themselves up as needed. The proverbial son of nature wrestled his way out of the Thick Vegetation he was in and restored the power to some of his more advanced spells (+50 HP to DruidMan), while the red-turned-blue maiden overdosed on healing from a smattering of Recov50s, her sunlight, and the grass underneath her feet (+130 HP to Turquoise). The only thing during the first half of the round that could even remotely be considered combat was Turquoise equipping a Guard and rushing towards DruidMan's location, reducing the distance between the two Navis dramatically.
But then, suddenly, ACTION! AND LOTS OF IT! Magical attacks and Battlechips flew through the air and ripped across the ground as the competitors unleashed everything they had left, all within 5 feet of each other. DruidMan proved the quickdraw of the match, as he once more invoked his Entangling Heat Force spell. Having already experienced the grassy sneak attack once, Turquoise knew to lower her Guard to her feet and let the shield absorb the stabs from the terrain. This changed angle forced the Guard's reflection to splash harmlessly into the ground as Turquoise threw her first Boomerang, and left her open to something that was about to hurt... A lot. The fiery half of DruidMan's spell burned across the ground, catching the poor girl through the very grass that had been helping her for so long. Between the terrain and her own element, the damage was amplified several times over, hitting Turquoise harder than perhaps she had ever been hit before (200 damage to Turquoise).
As the young lass clung to life by just a single thread, DruidMan readied another spell in way of Sanctified Recovery Force. Just as he was about to unleash the technique for the finishing blow... a savior arrived for Turquoise in way of her first Boomerang. The angled weapon finished its long journey around the arena and struck DruidMan in the side just as he unleashed the spell, sending the Recovery Force flying off in some useless direction as the mystic Navi reeled back from the blow (85 damage to DruidMan).
With both combatants now thoroughly beaten, bruised, and in Turquoise's case, charred, this battle was looking just about over. That wasn't about to happen, though, unless both Navis pushed themselves past their limits and gave their all for one last strike... And did they ever.
Turquoise armed herself with one more Boomerang and Guard, while DruidMan conjured his Nourishing Flood Force once more. Turquoise threw her Boomerang straight this time, leaving it flying for no more than a second before it nailed her opponent in the chest (85 damage to DruidMan). DruidMan's emergency support systems cranked into high gear as he fell down to his last bit of energy along with Turquoise. Now it just came down to a shield versus a flood... Really one-sided, it seemed.
However, this battle would have ended long ago if "seemed" was good enough. With minimal distance between the two, the water DruidMan summoned gushed for little more than a second before it crashed into Turquoise. Between the lasting pain from her opponent's firey attack and less than burly stature, she could only hold her Guard for a moment against the current, parting the water around her for just an instant...
...
And in retrospect, one little girl in this fight would learn the true value of every single second in her life. The Guard reacted to the impact of the water, firing a quick shockwave out of its center before disappearing. The counter struck DruidMan square in the gut as the turbulent current surrounded Turquoise...
...
...
...
Everything stopped. The debris-filled water stopped where it stood as its summoner disappeared from the battlefield before collapsing lifelessly onto the ground. On top of that fell a weird lump of blue, leaving only one thing left in the deactivated Greenhouse arena:

"I... I...." Red stuttered, returning back to her normal self, grinning madly.
"I WON!" Red whooped, excited that the match was over and that she had come out on top despite all the difficulty this match posed.
"Alright! Man, that was on the edge. Take it from these guys to give us the fight of our lives," Shin commented, grinning like an idiot.
"Kudos to you Steve, Druidman. I'll make sure to make it all the way to the final match in your place," Shin said, giving his opponents a thumbs up.
"Yeah! I hope we can meet again someday! Oh right, you can have our contact information! Cheers!" Red called, disappearing back into the PET where Myun patiently awaited her. The two smirked as they walked toward each other...
...and bumped their fists together.
"I knew you would pull through," Myun commented, fists on her hips.
"It was pretty tough without your support! We'll just have to get stronger!" Red declared, clenching her fist.
"You got that right," Myun nodded, as Red grinned at the Semifinal pass she received.
"Well... let's... go!" Shin said, sending his contact info to Steve as he rushed out the door.

"I..." Druidman sputtered, looking down at his gut. "...lost?"
He fell to his knees, and coughed up raw data.
"Oh..." he whispered. He felt cold. "Res, please?" he murmured. He was willing to pay the XP penalty, after all.
He couldn't see much. It was dark.
Suddenly, he felt his belt get heavier. "So... there's... loot... after all." he breathed.
He collapsed face first onto the ground and exploded, scattering leaves randomly about...
