Requesting Vouchers

Okay, so I registered my character, but I forgot to ask for two vouchers. The vouchers I want are:

A voucher for a level 2.0 signature attack, but not the 1.5.

Three chips from Higure's chip shop: Vulcan2, Sword, Energybomb (2000 + 1800 + 600 = 4400, and yes, I DID own all three of those chips and had gotten them all from the Hig-man)

Well, does it pass? A level 2.0, a Vulcan2, a Sword, and an Energybomb?

..... oh blarg, well alright I suppose but no usey until level 5
