As Chaos is a wind subtype, he can fly. However, he lacks wings and what not, so I would like to add that he uses his gravity powers to keep himself aloft and whatnot. This gravity aspect should also affect how his other wind-based abilities work, such as using gravity to knock an opponent away with his charged shot. Ya dig?
