Description: Voltman shrinks until his head, arms, legs, body, EVERYTHING are proportional to that of a chibi. His visor dissappears, to reveal a childs face. His shoulder lightningrods dissappear.
Added Fluff: While in this GMO, Voltman gains a childish personality, which he can control to an extent. His name is Volt.exe when in this GMO.

So... yeah. It's my level 0 GMO.

Keep in mind that the GMO doesn't change the personality of your Navi. Never. If it changes, it's because of the Navi itself.
