Spare Charge+1.

I've got a Charge+1 program that, frankly, we've decided we could live without. My Navi prefers a rapid fire weapon to one that needs to be charged up. Go figure.

I'll let this program go for a Rapid+1, a basic chip, or a little zenny. We've no interest in keeping it.
