The Assigment

"Last one down." Tetra said, after defeating the last of the viruses. The object that he summoned dematerialize in a mist of blocks. The man gathered what little data remained on the battle field, and compiled it. "It seems we got less Zenny then last time... But we did actually get a chip from it." Tetra told his netop.

"Um, yea. A ringlog or something. Lets see... To get it out of the PET I just insert a blank chip and..." Mary responding, grabbing a blank chip from her folder. She inserted it into the PET, and it popped out with the new chip data on it. "Alright, got it. So I guess it's time to keep going then?" She asked her navi, who responded with a simple 'yes'. After straightening up his clothing, he headed deeper into the network.

((On to battle 3)).
As he continued on, Tetra was eventually drawn to the sound of periodic explosions from far off. Moving to locate the source of the explosions, he soon found a trio of Kabutank viruses launching bombs at some Champus. The fire viruses were apparently practicing their dodging skills. When they noticed Tetra the viruses ceased fire and focused on him instead, the Kabutanks forming into a row and the Champus remaining where they were to size up the competition.

Battle 3 Start!
"Plants and now... tanks." Tetra said, looking at the viruses. From what he knew about the two types of viruses he is facing, summing his objects isn't going to be the best move right now. Since the tanks' attacks are indirect, they would just go over the objects and hit Tetra. Plus, there was a good chance that those Champus would have to worry about the objects getting in their way.... With their numbers, it seems that Tetra might want to take out a good amount of them fast... and he might just have the chip to do that.

"Mary, the Rollinglog1 chip please." Tetra asked, turning his attention towards the tanks. "Pretty sure it's one of those chips that can hit more than one at once."

"Alright, but wouldn't you also like a chip that you know can hit more than one?" Mary asked, taking the log chip and slotting it into the PET. "

"Just the log will be fine for now." Tetra said responding, downloading the chip data.

Some kind of... green object materialized at Tetra's feet. It was about as long as he was tall, and it seemed to be made up of 4 blocks of the same size. It was just laying at his feet, on its side and parallel to the tanks. "...Should have expected this." He said, placing his foot on the side of the block. When the foot came in contact, the block moved an inch or two rather easily. "...Seems like I have to get it moving myself." Tetra said; bring his foot back and... giving the block a rather good kick. The block slide across the ground rapidly, towards the direction of the viruses. It should have enough velocity to reach the viruses, but will it actually hit them...

"Wow, that... totally looked like a log and look at how great it is at rolling. What an excellent misnomer chip that was." Mary said, before another green block appeared at Tetra's feet. The navi looked at it, then back towards the viruses. It seemed that he got another attack out of this chip, and he decided not to waste it. "...Yes." He said, kicking this block like the last, and it slide across the battle field at the other end of the tanks. If the first one didn't smack two of them, maybe this one will.

After the second attack, Tetra prepped himself to move out of the way. Since there wasn't any chance that the virus wouldn't retaliate against his attacks.

((1 Rollinglog1 KabutankA: 50 + wideattack(Getting KabutankB hopefully) + Double action
2 Rollinglog1 Kabutank C: 50 + wideattack(Getting KabutankB hopefully)
3 Dodge))
Tetra successfully rolled his logs with utter precision that it knocked out the row of Kabutanks in one try, leaving the second log go to waste. However, while the navi was focused on the tanks, the Champu from the side took this chance to land a solid one-two punch!

"That's right... they teleport..." Tetra said, receiving the champu's blow. Yap, it seems his objects wouldn't be able to block these viruses at all. Atleast he took out three of the five before he got smacked.

"Um, I'm going to send you all the chips that are left... So, just use whatever you think you need to use." Mary told him, slotting three chips in. The fingers on Tetra's right hand became line blocks, and an L shaped block appeared in his left. With any luck, he could end this with two chips...

All he had to do was grab the virus and throw it at the other one, then shoot at the two with the L block. That was all that was needed to end this battle, but just in case Tetra was going to use the cannon chip if he missed with something. Tetra reached out at the champu with his right hand and...

((1Rageclaw throw ChampuA at B: 20 each
2Shotgun ChampuA: 50+spread1 (hitting ChampuB hopfully)
3Cannon ChampuB))
Reaching out to one of the Champu, Tetra flung the virus at the other for a paltry bit of damage, then executed them both with a larger blast of damage from his L-Block. They then exploded into money.

((Battle 4))
Lord Tetra came across a strange...In fact, very strange sight. Rows of viruses stood in his way in a single uniform line with the Oldstoves in the front and the Pulsebats at the back. Not only that, stones were particularly placed every even-numbered viruses as if it was there to mark their position...No matter, this should be no problem for the great Lord Tetra?

-BATTLE FOUR, START!-
"They lined themselves up..." Tetra said, looking at the viruses. "...They seriously lined themselves up..."

"Um, is that... bad?" Mary asked, grabbing the shotgun.

"It isn't something I would do... but anyway, Mary, could you give me a shotgun and cannon?" Tetra asked. The stoves would end up being easy for him to take out, but those bats on the other hand... Tetra couldn't help but feel that he should be quite careful about those bats.

"Already on it." Mary told her navi, slotting in the shotgun then reaching for the cannon. "Um... is it normal that we haven't faced the same thing twice? Like... we haven't faced more of those metools... or plants..." She asked, slotting the cannon in.

"...It just depends on how lucky you are." The navi said, an L shaped block appearing before him. "Sometimes you find a virus more than once... sometimes you never see them for who knows how long." He added, grabbing the blockish weapon.

Tetra pointed the block at the stoves, and fired a single blast of energy at the group. Next, he went on the move, moving to the side where the viruses were lined up left to right instead of front to back. He pointed the block at the third of the stoves, and fired a second blast.

((1 Shotgun OldstoveA: 50 +spread 1(OldstoveB)
2 Move towards the side of the viruses where the boulders aren't at, and where they look like they are lined up Vertically
3 Cannon OldstoveC: 40+knockback))
Firing a singular Shotgun blast towards one of the Oldstoves, Tetra managed to pick one of them off, as the other was too far to receive the spread-out shot. However, he was never going to give them up just like that. Never letting his guard down for a second, he fired the block in his hand at a second Stove, almost picking it off.

Of course, after receiving that kind of treatment, the viruses weren't just going to run around and desert him. The burning flamethrowers were never going to make him cry, but they certainly would burn. (15) Meanwhile, a PulseBat screeched out towards Tetra, barely missing him with a powerful sonic pulse. However, the Pulsar was not done even after it missed, when it rebounded off something behind Tetra and headed back towards him! In the meantime, The other bats decided to chill out and fly up towards wherever they were headed. They'd never say goodbye, though, and were simply preparing for the next attack.
