I know I asked ya this in person Pally, but I figured this still needed to be addressed here or brushed into another topic:

How are we handling the Beast Out system seeing as these ladder navis could possibly beast out?

Ladder Navi Beast Outs? It's the same as it is for all player Navis. Though, the use of BO's in Ladder Navis will be heavily restricted. You can give your Navis one, but you're going to have to convince me first...

If every Navi submission starts having a Beast Out, there will be problems later...
