So, ya wanna make a Ladder Navi?

Myself, Heat (if he'll agree), Sky (if he comes back ;~; ), Eon (maaaybe), as well as a host of other mods (variety, yes!), so long as they're not in the actual fight with their own Navi (of course).
Also, no, Navis aren't blindly accepted. I'm actually going to be reading them, yano. No rubber-stamping. XD
UPDATE:
I forgot to mention this, but your Navis should have Net-Ops. Ladder Navis don't always just sit in the Colosseum.
If your Navi does not have one, and you'd like to keep it that way, you better explain why, or it gets a failing score.
The rules we follow to create our own Net-Ops here on the forum are enough. Just follow them.

Since the sig attack format is kinda vague, here's how it works for clarity... It doesn't have to be in this exact format, but the information shown here MUST be presented, and easy to understand.
An example signature will look like this: (I'm using my own Navi as an example.)
Level & Letter: Name: (attack mechanics) [Attack Mechanics are a shorthand version of what the sig does, no fluff. It should look like this: (Damage Element + Effects + Effects, Nerfs, Special Options; Cooldown or Passive) If you have more than one option for a given sig, such as a multi-use sig, you will have to list the mechanics for EACH variable use in the format provided as if you were talking about a separate sig.]
-- Description: (Simple. Describe the attack as it would be executed in a battle.)
-- Notes: (This is where you place any notes that you feel a moderator should know about the attack, so the attack is executed perfectly. You also explain how nerfs, triggered effects, and conditional statements work here.)
Signature Effect List (This is where you list everything you put into the sig, including Damage, Element, and Effects. This is so we, that's you and me, know whatkind of balance this sig has. It will also make building your sig easier if you just make this list as you go, since it will keep track of what you put in it, and how much it costs.)

Damage

Element

effect

effect

effect...
An example signature will look like this: (I'm using my own Navi as an example.)

2A: Cluster Bomb (10 Elec x 9 Bombs + Stun, Optional: 15HP to add Break, 3 TCD)
- Description: An armored panel on Broadside's upper torso opens to reveal a smooth bore mortar. Broadside calculates the attack trajectory, and adjusts the mortar's tilt and charge, then fires a Reaction R.A.P. Canister round. The rocket assisted projectile reaches attack range, then uses reaction thrusters to kick the canister into line with the target. The canister then explodes, sending a shotgun-blast of micro plasma bomblets towards the target. Their warheads have an EMP effect that wreaks havoc on most targets, causing stun.
- Notes: Broadside may opt to use a portion of his data to load the warheads with armor piercing capability. This will cost him 15HP, and cannot be used if he has 16 or less HP remaining. This ability does not function if Broadside still has his AddBreak use for this turn, which is used instead.
Signature Effects List
[li]90 Damage (90)
[li]Elec Element (0)
[li]Stun (30)- Optional: Sacrifice 15 HP = AddBreak (+20 / -20)

My entry has stuff that you mods and admins frown upon (mainly summoning)

I know I asked ya this in person Pally, but I figured this still needed to be addressed here or brushed into another topic:
How are we handling the Beast Out system seeing as these ladder navis could possibly beast out?

Ladder Navi Beast Outs? It's the same as it is for all player Navis. Though, the use of BO's in Ladder Navis will be heavily restricted. You can give your Navis one, but you're going to have to convince me first...
If every Navi submission starts having a Beast Out, there will be problems later...
I'll have to check with Demon and Leon before I post further details.
