Read the tagline in the uperlefthand corner. Yes, real superhero. They even included photos in the comics. He was a real life stuntman who performed acts for charities, especialy for those that helped kids with disabilities. They added the standard punchout with robers who wanted to take the money from the charity for the comic, and even had him fight Spiderman (who mistook hom for a different Human Fly).
