I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to start over. I haven't played for quite a while, and I feel that I have a few problems with my chars, mainly stemming from the time during the event. So, without further ado, my new characters....
Operator
Name: Joe Stevens
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Appearance: Joe has blue eyes and red hair. He is extremely tall and thin, and looks very frail. He tends to wear a white T-shirt, blue jeans, sneakers with the shoelaces tied strangely and a blue baseball cap with a picture of a metool on it.
Personality: Joe is what many might call a "nerd" but what he calls a "hardcore gamer". If there is an arcade in the area near you, you'll probably find him there, unless he's already beaten all the games and has the high score on them. He is highly competitive, not backing down from a challenge involving videogames, pachinko machines, card games, or other games. He seems to have little time for anything else, though this doesn't make him completely heartless. He'll help his friends out as quickly as possible - which may be extremely slow, though, since he gets easily distracted.
PET Modifications: It is fairly normal for a PET, besides the metool-themed color scheme. However, it has a lot more memory than most, due to him altering it. This does not affect the PET in any other way than for him to download more info than usual, so he can store games on it.
NetNavi
Name: Oak
Gender: Male
Element: Wood
Type: Break
Appearance: A big, dying tree stump with a few branches, including two huge ones that form arms. The left one has branches on the main arm-branch to make fingers, though his right arm does not. A hole in one side serves as a "face", as he sees and speaks out of it. Whenever he speaks, the dark hole glows.
Personality: A lot like his NetOp in the way he talks, frequently using terms like "Pwn'd" and "Lamer". He is also extremely intelligent, though sometimes acts "glitchy" due to its origins as leftover data from multiple Wood-elemental viruses. Some glitches include stuttering or ending part-way in a sentence, to attacking the wrong enemy.
Custom Weapon: LogArm (right arm for blunt attacks)
Signature Attack: Transplant [Teleport, 50 pts, 2-turn cooldown] sends roots into the ground, then body dies. The roots travel through the ground, and form a new body elsewhere.
I don't see how I could keep anything, so I'm registering for a newbie pack.
Sorry...

I don't particularly like the fact that it's made up of virus data.
Other than that, it's pretty cool, and I don't find anything else really wrong with it.

What's wrong with being created from code from virus data? If that is a big problem, I'll change that, but I'm kinda confused about that.

There's nothing 'wrong with it' per se, it's just kind of unoriginal and, to be quite honest, lame-ish. Like I said, though, I like the character premise, it's just that one aspect.
But hey, that's just my personal opinion, you're right. I can't find a rule against it anywhere, so you're good to go.
So unless someone else comes in to contradict me, (I doubt this, as you had to bump a couple of times, so everyone had ample opportunity to speak up.) you're golden.
APPROVAL!
And, since you're starting all the way over, all your old stuff goes bye bye, and you get the starter pack again. Don't forget the starter pack comes with two minienergies, now.
