Data Solidification: Arbalest Mode
Enigma, in an attempt to defend himself more efficiently, hardens his incomplete structure and reinforces it with excess data. Once fully solidified, the protest of his many different data bits wanting to move about creates a strain on his body. While solidified, Enigma loses all range of motion outside of the very basic, and is rooted to the spot where he activated the ability. In essence, he is a Net ballista, destroying everything in his line of sight for a limited amount of time while he's invincible. With this increased power also comes better accuracy, seeing as he's not even moving and can steady himself easily. His first attack also gains breaking properties because of the extra energy applied to the attacks. However, after the effect is disabled, his particles are weakened from the strain of trying to release themselves, leaving him with no buster usage for around two turns.
Effects
Ironbody for one turn. [80]
Strengthen +20 DMG to four attacks. [80]
One-time Buster Lock nerf. [+80 to cap.]
160 points total. 4 TCD.
Pool: 40/420
Also, before anyone comments, I know the buster lock is a bit too much, but I'll be upgrading this sig later, and plus, I'm a chip navi, not a buster navi.

... I can't tell how many points your actually spending on this. If it's 80, then no sale. You can only use nerfs up to half of what you paid in points. If not, clarify this so I know how you're paying this out.
Also, you don't really need assign Strengthen that specifically. It can just be a pool of 80 points for that turn. If you're doing this for fluff, then that's cool too, but I'm just making sure you know this.

Alright, after talking to you privately, Bomber, here are the changes.
80 Ironbody + 60 Strengthen = 140 (Normal cap)
30 Stun (to one) + 40 Strengthen = 70 (Nerf cap)
140 + 70 = 210 total, which is the final nerfed cap.
So, that's a pool of 100 for Strengthen, one turn's worth of Ironbody, and one instance of Stun. This is all good, right?
