Red, White, and Blue =American pulls one old time pistols from each of his boots. He slides one to one of his enemies, then uses the other for himself. Each pistol has three shots each, each shot equaling 20dmg each.
New Red, White, and Blue.
Red, White, and Blue =American pulls one old time pistols from his right boot, and holds it firmly. He only has three bullets in it, each only able to do 20 dmg. He is able to use one bullet on a single enemy, and use another bullet on another one.
Effects:
1) 20, 40, or 60 dmg
2) Up to 3 enemies.
3) Two turn cooldown ((Or three, depends on if the second effect puts it over.))
