A few minor details I'm tweaking with this.
Foremost, a little birdy with a blue name informed me that with the new sig buffs, I could halve TM7's cooldown, much to my surprise. So as such, I'd like to make the change as seen below.
1) Cooldown from 6 -> 3.
I'd also like to add a sort of clause for kicks.
2)The effectiveness of all effects imparted by The Magnificent Seven is proportional to RP quality.
3)This was brought up sometime ago, and I just want to clarify it. As far as in context workings go, when The Seven's sandstorm is in effect, all other effects that would affect the wind are rendered null for the duration, ie Wind, Fan, Gust.
And cap is 90, but I'm not expanding anything yet as far as I can tell.
