With the death of RE:CN, we all warped seven years into the future.
That is, most of us did. Shigeru didn't.
The problem now is the fact that all old things that Shigeru did no longer apply. This was mainly brought to my attention by the restarting of Requiem.
Anyways, here's the new story.
Shigeru's 16, and he was 9 in the RE:CN days. Anything he did then, would be remembered by him now.
Anyone he had contact with, woudl remember him now.
