Mission: Blow up the Roadblock!

"Tee hee hee~ Sorry about that," Red giggled cutely, sticking her tongue out. "I'm such a klutz~" The red-caped wonder proceeded to lightly knock herself on the head.

"The klutz gets healing, but more for her rabbit," Shin announced, chuckling lightly as he sent down the Recov80 battlechip.

"Alright! Whopee!" Red cheered, sending the healing data over to Myun while healing herself through excess sugar data in her system. Licking her lips, the confectionary combatant winked at the Chimaera, blasting a gust of wind at it while Myun rushed up to it, dukes up, before slamming two powerful punches at the Chimaera's legs while big groups of cherry blossom petals surged their way out of Red's picnic basket while she gently conducted them into solid forms.

"Now now, sleep tight. See you in a few moments," Red giggled, as Myun slapped at the Chimaera with her ears before the three pins zoomed toward the Conglomerate, striking at its body with deadly precision.

Both navi and Support unit moved, making sure to watch their enemy for signs of attack once it reformed so they could avoid any incoming danger.

"Let's.... start this again, shall we?" Shin proposed to his opponents, grinning.

All of the duo's attacks hit before the massive conglomerate could do anything else. With the final cherry blossom attack, the head went flying off the body and over the edge of the hills. A hollow clanging noise several seconds later indicated that it had landed, somewhere.

The body, meanwhile, fell apart piece by piece and crashed to the ground in a useless lump of jumbled scrap.

As the 'dust' from the collapsing body settled...nothing happened.

Red waited....

...and waited....

...and waited....

...but nothing happened.

"That's odd, didn't they have another form?" Red wondered aloud, tilting her head in confusion.

"Well, maybe we can find out how to shut this place down now," Myun proposed, hopping to her mistress' side.

"You're right, we were originally trying to find a way to get rid of this roadblock. Any ideas, Shin?" Red inquired.

"Look around I guess, be careful though, they are still cockroaches, kind of," Shin advised, scratching his chin as he watched the scene before him.

Something's not right here... I just can't put my finger on it... the self-proclaimed ace mused as Red and Myun proceeded to search the area, moving to higher ground to widen their investigation.

[Search Area and be wary of Elite Heelnavi Squad]
From higher ground, Red was able to look one valley over and found...the four stacked heads of the Elite HeelNavi Squad.

Only they were not separated from a body. Nor were they on a standard HeelNavi body.

Though it did resemble a HeelNavi, the body was silver, with joints consisting of crystals of all four colors of the Elite HeelNavi squad. Guarding the joints were sheets of what appeared to be scrap metal, attached to the body at odd angles. Shards of crystal dotted the surface of the navi's armor, not damaging it but somehow made into part of the armor itself. The stacked heads, meanwhile, were scrunched together so that only the eyes of each but the bottom green head were visible. Right in the middle of its chest, meanwhile, was a navi emblem: A diamond shape divided into four quadrants: one each red, green, blue, and yellow.

It...they...noticed Red and raised an arm cannon: four-barreled, but of a manageable size rather than the massive weapon the chimaera form had wielded. It spoke in a mechanical blending of the four voices, with some electronic distortion.

"It seems yOUr new reputation is wEll EARHG-oh wow, Red was damaged worse than we thought." The navi raised its off hand and tweaked something on what was left of the red head. "Testing. Testing. Test-test-test-testing." As the red voice was 'repaired', it began to blend seamlessly with the other three.

"Much better. Now then, allow me to reintroduce myself. I am the true combined form of the Elite HeelNavi Squad, better known as ElitE: the navi that cannot die." The navi ElitE stepped back and took a fighting stance, still training its arm cannon on Red. "Since you've forced us into this form for the second time, I hope you're ready to face the consequences."

The crystal fortress shifted around them, forcing Red off the hill and onto a large flat plane obviously designed as a battlefield, marked off by eight crystal spires.

"Why thank you," Red giggled, bowing as ElitE spoke of her well-earned reputation. "I do wish you would die easier though. Tee hee~"

"Well, since that's obviously not going to happen, we'll just do it ourselves," Shin commented, grinning as he cracked his knuckles.

"Probability of success: 80%" Myun smirked, raising up her dukes, the tension of the battle getting to her.

"Right! With hard-work and guts let's make that a 100%!" Red cheered, raising up her arms in excitement. Shin had already sent in the first two chips and the crimson crusader readily caught the two bazookas that materialized in thin-air. The targeting system locking-on to the threatening Cannon Arm of the fused navis, all Red had to do was pull the trigger.

And so she did.

The homing missiles rocketed out of the armaments so forcefully that they were turned to waste data in a matter of seconds as Red rolled forward while the projectiles exploded in the distance upon impacting with something. Whether it was the Cannon Arm or not, the fairy-tale fighter could not waste time with her next move. As if to add to her exhilaration, the sugars stored in her internal system started patching up more damage from the previous battle.

Receiving the next chip as Myun headed toward her, Red smirked as she reached out her right arm toward the glassy floor underneath her foe. Sensing her mistress' intent, Myun quickly sent a quick burst of her own power to the ensuing lightning attack.

"Maybe you should do it like that 2009 anime," Shin suggested.

"I don't have a coin though..." Red mused, before getting an idea. Grinning mischievously, the red-caped wonder materialized the ball of power Myun had sent her and placed it on top of her index finger before propelling it with the almighty energy of the Elecreel straight into the middle of the glass floor that ElitE was standing on. Hopefully the impact would shatter the glass and deal some major damage to the opponent.

"Nice job, play it safe for now," Shin suggested, sipping on some lemonade before sending in another chip.

"Ah~ I guess I should," the red-cloaked fighter giggled, diving to the side in case there was a retaliatory attack from her opponent. Snapping to access the last chip she received, the familiar dome of honeycombs surrounded her being, bees ready to be launched at any time in protection of their queen.

"Sure is nice playing with you again~" Red commented, teasing her adversary as her support unit bounced around, trying to avoid any oncoming attacks.

"No, never," ElitE countered. Shards of crystal floated in and swirled around the navi before forming into a makeshift armor, one that conveniently was concentrated most heavily around the head and gun arm. Both bazooka blasts, in turn, collided with the armor and shattered it almost as soon as it had been created.

ElitE shrugged, opting instead to open fire on Red, who dodged the incoming prism blast and rolled toward the glass floor where ElitE stood.

ElitE, meanwhile, dashed forward as well, but instead of colliding with Red passed by her, stopping on the normal divider between the two sides, just past Red. He turned around and aimed, while Red fired the ElecReel at the glass. A large portion of it shattered while a bolt spread from the impact point and hit ElitE. The glass itself, though, did not splash far enough to hit him.

What it did splash far enough to do, however, was to reveal another layer underneath the crystal exterior, although this underlayer, unlike the cold but solid layer in the crater battlefield of before, appeared superheated and was generating a heat mirage. Next to the hole in the glass, meanwhile, a spire of crystal rose out of the ground, called forth by ElitE. It glowed as well, but with a strengthening power that was being channeled into ElitE rather than simple heat.

It proved to be nothing to scoff at, too, as he fired at Red and missed as she dodged again, only for it to land right where Myun did after one of her hops.

Red, meanwhile, summoned a beehive which floated menacingly around her.

"No fair~ Oh well, let's keep it up," Red giggled, snapping her fingers as another chip was downloaded, a towering Candle rising out of the ground and emitting a soothing green flame that washed over Red and Myun.

"That heat generating area over there seems troublesome, just screw up the whole thing. Take him out with close-combat," Shin ordered, sending in two chips before leaning back in his chair.

"Leave it to me! Stand back, Myun!" Red warned her support program, who nodded as the fairy-tale fighter opened her mouth wide...

"Area Eater system, start up!" Shin roared, running a few command lines into the signature program.

What happened next was the horrific on the grade of chocolate vomit. Acting as a miniature black hole that targeted the terrain codes designated as "Not-Normal," Red simply....

...swallowed the rest.

Holes, glass, metal, you name it, everything came ripping out of the ground and into Red's stomach while being rewritten at the same time with standard ACDC floor coding. Well, the first layer at least...

A large gulp and a subsequently louder belch indicated the end of the maneuver which may leave viewers to this fight shocked and disgusted.

"Whew, that's was great! I feel great! Let's do this thing!" Red yelped, energy boosted to unheard of levels as she whipped out a sword with a crackling blade of electricity from the depths of her picnic basket as teleported above ElitE's head and shoulders.

Letting out a war-cry, the red-caped wonder dealt a flurry of slashes at her opponent, her last strike brimming with all the energy gained from her most recent meal as it crashed down at the fused navi before shattering.

Myun decided it was high time to join the fray and rushed up to ElitE with no trepidation as she punched, kicked, and slapped at the cockroach-like navi in sequence, rolling away at the last second while her master blasted the monstrosity with a gust of wind in order to evade or disrupt any or more attacks.

Red summoned a candle, which appeared opposite the glass hole from the crystal spire and immediately began healing her and Myun as she...ate the surface layer of crystal in its entirety. Instead of stripping it away, it converted the top layer to a shell of normal terrain, but still. She ate a large mass of crystal.

ElitE could only watch this spectacle, wincing with all four of his faces as he said "Ooh, that can not have been pleasant. Do you need a moment?"

This was followed by a "Guess not" from the cockroach-like navi as Red commented on how 'great' it was and disappeared from his sight. It was perhaps because of this that he was caught completely off-guard by the first of three ElecSword slashes and took the blade to the shoulder. As soon as Red went for the second strike, however, he had figured out what was going on and rolled out of the way. The third strike, too, missed as Elite continued moving out of the dodge roll and toward one edge of the battlefield, where metallic crystal surface had been before Red ate it.

From this position, ElitE aimed across the battlefield at Myun again. Another burst of energy flowed between the crystal spire and ElitE's cannon as he fired, though Myun chose that moment to run at her attacker and evaded the shot. Instead of killing Myun, the prism cannon blast hit the base of the candle. The side of the base where the blast struck collapsed, causing the candle to lean toward the combatants but remain standing.

Upon reaching ElitE, Myun delivered two punches, of which ElitE managed to dodge one but took the other, as well as the ear jabs that followed. ElitE retaliated, but as Myun dodged and Red hit him with a blast of air, his shot went wide.

"So be it," the combined HeelNavi said as another crystal structure emerged from the ground next to him. "I'll stop playing around."

The new crystal structure formed into a sentry turret and hit Myun with a stun bolt.

"No! Myun! That was mean! Though it was probably necessary, it was still mean! You're going down!" Red pouted, waving her arms in childish fury.

"Well, it won't last long anyway. On another note, weren't we taking these guys down beforehand?" Shin commented, sending two chips into the PET just for the situation.

"Hrm hrm, I guess you're right! All units! Forward march!" the crimson crusader called, pointing dramatically at ElitE....

...until she realized that her only current movable force was she herself, and so stamped her foot in anger, causing her received chips to activate and summon a ferocious tidal wave that descended upon Elite and his SentinelGun in an attempt to fully wash them away.

But little did her enemies know, a SECOND tidal wave was behind the first tidal wave, equal in power and range and truly came as a powerful aftershock to the initial attack.

"Well, maybe that's out of the way but we still need to beat this guy! Let's go Myun!" Red called to her bunny ally as both were soothed by the Candle's healing light and Red's healing was a bit boosted from her deep sugar reservoirs.

Determined, the two launched their main assault. Myun, as always, used her quick reflexes to the fullest and got up close and personal to ElitE, slamming a particularly damaging punch at its leg before slapping twice at the same area before dashing to the side in order to dodge incoming blows.

Red, on the other hand, had gotten some pretty interesting things from her arsenal, and was prepared to use them delicately to make sure they hit.

First up was the MistConv. Obtained in the slippery iceberg of a mission quite some time ago, it had proven to be a devastating part of her accessible folder. Now, with the mighty dragon head that always appeared upon raising her hands to the heavens, the crimson crusader clenched her fist and the summoned being followed her movements, clamping its jaws together in hopes of crushing the target some more.

Next was another RiskyHoney, a suitable defense that had helped her make the conversion to her natural element. Right now, however, it was not meant for her.

Conducting the hive, the maiden of nature directed the protective honeycombs around the Candle that had taken quite the hit during the last exchange. The diligent bees that hid behind this Counter worked hard to retaliate whenever necessary.

Now came the SideBamboo. Recently obtained from a run in Yumland, this was one of the chips that made her glad to be a Wood Type. Though they were originally searching for the fabled BambooLance, this would do it's part.

Snapping her fingers, Red called upon a shadowy figure that immediately attempted to skewer the conglomerate heelnavi from the side with a multitude of sharp bamboo spears, their lethality increased due to Red's natural powers.

Feeling that was it for the day, the red-caped wonder watched her foe closely, ready to dodge out of the way at a moment's notice if she needed to.

Red threw a fit about the stunned Myun, which somehow activated a pair of wideshot chips that hit ElitE and the SentinelGun, destroying the latter. It managed to get off a shot first, triggering the waiting swarm of bees that attacked an object that had already been destroyed. Myun's punches hit ElitE, as did the MistConv and SideBamboo. For that matter, it seemed like ElitE wasn't even trying to dodge them.

"I didtellyou, did I not? I can't die," the compound navi responded, his voice separating into the four components of the Elite HeelNavi Squad for a second as he reeled from the damage.

A new coating of fragile crystal spread out from under him, eating away at Red's nullification of the original top later. From behind him, another spire like the one still glowing behind Red rose and began glowing as well, whatever power the two spires contained feeding into ElitE. He leveled his weapon at Red, the arm cannon now converted into what Red quickly recognized as a Vulcan3. Doing the smart thing, she dodged as he began firing, managing to avoid all the shots.

The red head's eyes glowed.

Following the vulcan attack was an octahedronal blast that glowed red and appeared to contain a ball of flames within. At least, that's the impression Red got before the crystal shot hit her and exploded in a flash of fire.

Burns covered her entire body, her cloak was tattered, and she was barely on the plane of consciousness. Red was beaten, bruised, and injured, but like her previous battles, never down for the count.

Shin figured the first thing to do was provide the last RiskyHoney he had in his arsenal, and so he did, the familiar barrier of honeycombs surrounding the red-caped wonder from all sides before he operator sent in the Recovery 80, her own sugar deposits and the washing aromatherapy of her Candle speeding up the healing process significantly.

The burns and bruises were gone for the most part, and as Red swished her cape dramatically behind her, a flare of determination rose up in her eyes as Shin sent her the next two chips.

"Nice to have you back, I was worried for a second," Shin commented, slurping on some concoction or another nonchalantly.

"We beat it before and we can beat it again!" the crimson crusader yelled firmly, her resolve unwavering as she materialized two Boomerangs and sent them ripping through the air at the opponent. One old, one new, the paths to destruction came full circle with the natural power imbued into these chips as they made their way to try slicing through the spire and ElitE himself.

Working up the last of her strength, Myun slide toward ElitE, her efforts boosted by her master's control of wind, aiming for his underside as she beat and whacked on all sides she could manage to reach while under the monstrosity before careening herself to the left of the glassy surface.

Without warning, the ground burst open and erupting columns of lava charged relentlessly toward ElitE, seeking to finish it once and for all and incinerate the conglomerate into cinders, hopefully taking the crystal fortress with it.

When that was all said and done, Red couldn't be too careful, watching her enemy for any sign of attack and ready to move quickly out of the way if need be.

ElitE fired off a shot, trying to hit Red before she could heal. Unfortunately, his attack led to being stung by yet another swarm of bees. Only the first couple waves of bees hit, but in the time it distracted him Red managed to heal and summon a pair of boomerangs. The first cut through the newer of the two crystal spires, while the second looked for a moment like it would bisect ElitE clean in half...until it struck an undershirt program and came flying back.

ElitE retaliated, using the last of his body's strength to summon a line of water from the ground to strike Red. Myun, however, avoided the attack as she was blown under ElitE to attack from behind.

The body of the navi crumpled under the force of Myun's punch and collapsed to the ground, where the four melded heads were once again separated from its shoulders. The body shut down, but the conglomerate head was still very much alive.

"Yes!" Red and Myun called out, hi-fiving each other. Shin smirked as he switched some chips he got in trades with the IceZone and Spice he had before.

"Well, well we're not done yet, ask them how we can get rid of this crystal fortress for one thing," Shin advised, sending in two subchips.

A washing, warm light enveloped Red, healing most of her injuries for the moment as she giggled happily and skipped up to conglomerate head.

"Thanks for the battle, but let's end this peacefully and just shut down the fortress, ok?" the crimson crusader giggled. Stepping back as she was fully aware the Elite Heelnavi Squad might not comply with the request and attack again, in maybe some other ridiculous form.

"Heh heh...Heh heh heh heh hehhh..." The damaged heads laughed from their place on the ground, all four sets of eyes glowing. "The fortress was a side operation anyway. Just something to keep my individual parts entertained while we searched for you. Now you're here, so it's no longer necessary." Pieces of the crystallized ground itself began tearing away and attaching themselves to the broken body of ElitE, repairing and reassembling it into a usable form once again. After several seconds, the restored body pushed itself off the ground, picked up the head mass, and set it back on its shoulders.

"We were in no state to continue fighting after we assumed this form last time, but now we can rebuild ourselves as many times as necessary. This can only end with your deletion."

The surface ElitE had used to repair itself now appeared cracked, thin, and fragile. Underneath, Red could see even more of the superheated surface. In addition, the spires left over from the last battle remained standing. Fortunately, so did Red's candle.

It seemed the floor was the current source of ElitE's power, and it changed to a deadly type of terrain that still had those Furnace things underneath them but would break in one shot. Seeing as all of that was right over ElitE's general area, Red did wonder how she was supposed to get close to him.

She decided she didn't need to.

Running in the opposite direction from the Rebuild, both Red and Myun focused on different tactics like....

...punching the crystal spire that ElitE set up last time. Or, at least, at the Crystal Spire, Myun could trip or something.

"They're resilient as always. This is the fourth stage, right?" Shin whistled, sending down the Boomerangs.

"Hm, I guess if I force them to Jack Out the fortress will disappear whether I want it to or not. So let's keep on the pressure," Red replied, giving a thumbs up before catching the Boomerangs that dropped from the sky. She could feel her endless sugar deposits providing energy for the repair systems, so she wasn't worried for the moment. The Candle helped soothe her and her support unit's wounds as well.

"Now then...." Red mumbled, grinning as she twirled her toys, imbuing them with natural power. "Take this for a spin."

Buzzsaws whirled through the air at the moment Red launched the weapons. Screeching, the Boomerangs aimed to rend ElitE through for some major damage as their owner thought of the next step to take.

"Well, I guess the rest will be a bit lazy. Do your best," Shin advised, feeling drowsy. He really needed to move around.

"Alright then," Red giggled, her shadow taking the shape of a mischievous demon before fading into the background.

With the snap of her fingers, a bamboo lance struck out from out of the air at ElitE's right, aiming to pierce through whatever defenses might be in the way before dealing some heavy damage. A gust of wind was on the back of this blow, intending to force ElitE on the broken terrain around him.

Jumping back, Red gathered the cherry blossom petals from her dimensional picnic basket and the wind from the inside of the arena into both hands before combining them into a powerful, spiraling force.

"Come and... try," Red growled, firing off a spiraling stream of petals and wind at the Rebuild, intending to damage it further.

With that, the RiskyHoney came back into play. The bees waited eagerly to be let out from the defense and eliminate those who would oppress the maiden of nature.

Myun kind of just looked on after she had tried to deal with that Crystal Spire, ready to bounce out of the way of incoming attacks.

This time, ElitE didn't wait for Red and made the first move himself, raising his gun arm and firing a burst of seven shots at Red. The first five hit, while the remainder barely missed as Red backed up and retaliated with boomerang buzzsaws. ElitE avoided the first, but was caught by the second as he moved from the glass plate where he had stood. He simply shrugged as the remaining crystal spire was punched apart, and fired a shot at Myun that went wide as the rabbit SP dodged.

The rebuilt navi then went back to his old habit of letting Red's attacks hit him as he was hit by a bamboo spike and a whirlwind of cherry blossoms. Only this time, he appeared to actually be doing something. A thin aura of light surrounded the navi's body as it charged up...something.

"Shit," Red and Shin cursed as ElitE charged up some energy. Myun didn't particularly mind but bounced off to the side just in case.

"Um.... so do I wait?" Red wondered, kind of unsure due to the impending attack that might come after her.

"I'd say moving would be a good idea," Shin advised, scrunching his mouth, nervous about the situation

"Alright, moving.... now!" Red announced, the swarm of bees from her previously activated RiskyHoney forming a dome-shaped barrier around her before she dashed off to the side, watching ElitE's movements carefully in case she had to dive out of the way or run around more to avoid the attack.

"Counterattack time! Let's use these sweet new chips!" Shin proposed, eagerly sending in the IceSeed and Elecreel.

Screeching to a half as she pulled out the IceSeed, Red swung her arm in one continuous motion and lobbed the seed right to the side of ElitE. Contact with the ground would have the same effect as her discarded IceZone, only now she could somewhat control where it appeared without having to teleport everywhere.

"Here we go!" the crimson crusader shouted enthusiastically, her fist already crackling with electricity as she directed a powerful discharge of lightning bolts at ElitE, he natural abilities calling the winds in the area to amplify the push force of the attack, hopefully shocking the Conglomerate good and giving more distance between the two combatants.

Myun, curious, had charged up one of her fists with break energy and walked up to a Prism. Innocently, the boxing bunny smashed her fist right at the object to see what it could do. She bounced back quickly in case shards were to fly all over the place.

"Let's make use of that Furnace! Go!" Shin commanded, sending in the Wideshot chips.

"Hiiiya!" Red cried, slamming her hands into the floor and calling forth a double-layered tidal wave to head straight for ElitE. Churning maliciously, the effects of the waves would yield negative effects no matter what ElitE might be standing on...

...unless, of course, it missed.

In the meanwhile, Red's systems were hard at work repairing any damages she took and the Candle helped her team even more.

What happened next was not a giant laser, but rather ElitE being encased in a giant ball. Which didn't seem like much of a problem until it rocketed across the field at Red. She barely managed to escape the ball's path, leaving the candle behind her to be completely flattened. The ball then turned and shot at Red again. This time, she wasn't so lucky in dodging. The bees that guarded her took the attack, but she still got a very good impression of the force of the impact, and the bees' retaliation didn't seem to affect it much.

...oh.

Red attempted to counter with an IceSeed chip to freeze the ground near ElitE. Unfortunately, instead of hitting near ElitE and and creating a large patch of ice, it hit the rolling ball shell directly, nicking the ball and freezing a small insignificant patch that ElitE vacated before it had even finished forming. The rolling navi, meanwhile, made a third pass, bouncing off one of the prisms circling the field to change its direction. Miraculously it didn't shatter, instead firing a beam toward Myun, who managed to dodge after smashing a prism of her own.

Red's discharge of lightning bolts hit and also pinged the ball. The added burst of wind slowed its momentum as it passed through the gap left by Myun's destroyed prism, but it wasn't enough to stop the ball as it hit the sloped edge of the battlefield, rolled back, and shot toward Red in one final pass. Both wideshots hit it to little effect before it slammed into Red.

Fortunately, she healed a little afterward, lessening the impact of the hit.
