I'd like to make it so that Triggerman can combine all of the shots produced from Vulcan chips into a single one. My reasoning here is obvious; he uses a six-shooter, and vulcans would naturally exhaust the Six count quickly.

Mechanics stay the same.

Uh... so you're fine with the possibility that, say, the shot might only graze the opponent, to account for why some of the shots aren't hitting if such is the case?
