Bard healed her burn wounds from the bombs with ease and continued her assault on the remaining viruses. The disk sliced the confused Champu in half and the boomerang was able to make effective damage on the two Kabutanks.

Bard's eyes glanced over the last of the opponets with a confident grin on her face. She let out a scoff and send, "Send me chips this is almost over." "Bard, don't get over confident. Just because they are weaker don't think they aren't prepared to deal some damage before they are deleted. Prepare a dodge spell still please." Bard rolled her eyes and agreed and reluctantly used her prepared dodge spell. "Good. Ok here are some chips," Leo said after a moment of thinking. He slotted in the shotgun and the firehit chips. "This should do it."
Bard quickly sorted the data, sending the shotgun to the Raven and keeping the firehit for herself. The Raven flew from her shoulder and began the horrible transformation into the shotgun bird. Meanwhile Bard sent the firehit data to her voice. She began singing a song that seemed to heat up the area around her. A few measures into it a flame became visible from her mouth. She reached inside and scopped it out. It was about the size of a candle flame and in the shape of treble clef. It seemed to dance and move on its own, almost to a beat. Bard smiled and dropped the flame. When it made contact with the ground it exploded into a flurry for firey music notes and symbols. It flew towards the targeted tank, hopeing to delete it in an instant.
The raven was lineing itself up, with Bards direction, to try to hit both the Champu and the tank with the shotgun blast. Once it was in place the black mist began pouring from its neck. The shotgun barrel appeared and gleamed in the light of the netways. Only the black mist was keeping the horrible transformation unseen from the viruses. The bird bent its head all the way back and the shotgun fired. The force of the blast sent the bird flying backwards, flipping over itself. Once it regained its control it returned to Bard. Its head was still touching its back, in a horrible and gross fashion. "That should take care of it," Leo said happily. "Hopefully," Bard agreed.

The freakish, unholy bird-cannon claimed its victims, destroying virus after virus until none remained. Bard's deadly musical attacks served as a funeral anthem for the unfortunate enemies as they were wiped out before they even had a chance to retaliate. Arming his bird (as few else could), Bard found himself clear to continue his travels.

Bard smiled in approval at the deletion of the viruses. She was clearly in a better mood from when she was very pissed from the encounter with that blasted cube. She was being to stubborn to show it to Leo though. "Feeling better I see?" Leo commented while watching her. Bard turned her nose up and looked away saying, "Of course not. I am still very pissed." Leo just laughed and said, "Send your Raven to get that data." Bard looked at Bard head still blasted backwards. In a swift crack it set itself back to normal and flew over and gathered the data. The zenny was instantly sent to Leo's Bank card and He said, "Oh cool. Another firehit chip. This will help." Leo glanced towards the screen and said, "You know, I have noticed that the terrain here hasn't changed since we jacked in." Bard smacked her palm to her face and said, "Lets just keep going."

Bard soon saw the source of the noise. Rats. Of course. Bard stared at the blankly for a while as their big beady eyes did the exact same thing. Even her Raven joined in on this rather comical staring contest. She blinked twice before saying, "Uh. Leo. What should I do? They don't seem to be doing anything." "I really have no clue. Maybe they are just confused little viruses. I am going to send a ch-" Before Leo could finish the sentence Bard's voice screamed into the headsets, "AHH! Stupid little creations!" Leo's eyes went back to the PET screen to see Bard starting to play her dodge spell. Leo saw the attacks coming and said, "Bard! Stop the dodge! use this instead!" Leo Quickly slotted in the two shotgun chips and said, "Those things have and Hp reading! Shot them quickly and we might get an explosion on the rattys themselfs!"
Bard recieved the shotgun and quickly sorted one to her Raven and kept one for herself. The raven could feel how dire it was these attacks when of fast, so he blasted into the air as best he could and started the change into the shotgun Raven. The barrel this time also came from the bird's chest. Once the barrel was visible the shot was fire as fast as possible at the first of the ratty missles. Bard herself pulled her piccolo up and played the song accompying the shotgun. This is the first time she has used the shotgun in her own data as apposed to sending it to her raven. Once the song as finished she held the piccolo by its end and aimed it at the second ratty missle. Bard took aim and sang the last note required for the attack. The tip of the piccolo blasted open as the shotgun pellets flew from it in a hurry. "Maybe the shotgun will clip something else as well." "If so it would be nice," Let started, "But as long as those are dead we should be fine. Here use this." Leo slotted in the Boomerrang chip. "Try to take out as many ratties as possible. Better the ones that haven't fired yet."
Bard pulled her piccolo to her lips and began to play a very calm, earthy song. It was similar to cletic music. As the song progressed the end of her piccolo stretched and curved as it took the shape of the boomerrang. Once the song was finished Bard lowered the piccolo from her lips and pulled her right arm back to throw it. She took as best aim as she could, then launched it at the ratty nearest her right hand. "Ok good. Lets see how that works." "Remind me if we ever run into these guys again not to lose a staring contest with them." Leo had to let out a bit of a chuckle at his Navi.

Bard hurriedly fired her Shotguns at the incoming rat bombs, destroying them, but little else. Making up for lost time, maybe, the musical navi sent a Boomerang flying at the Ratty group, kicking three out from the ranks, while the other scurried behind a Cannondumb. Two of the three Cannondumbs fired at Bard, who had unfortunately left herself wide open, and was subject to some severe injuries, but she might pull through.

Bard had expected to take the damage and had already taken to the idea of healing herself sometime after the attack. "Ok. So. Lets not do that again ok? I don't like taking the pain that much." Leo nodded in agreement before moving on and saying, "That was the only time we would need to do that. But as we could clearly tell the rat viruses would be a huge problem if we didn't drop most of them at fast as we could." Leo pulled one more chip up and said, "Here use this. Drop the last ratty and the cannon protecting it. Drop the cannon with your Director's Baton process attack. Before that play your dodge prep spell."

The song began smooth and simple, every note seeming to drift from the beautiful instrument. Suddenly, however, that mood changed as the notes became sharp and agressive. As this change in pace came with the notes, so did a change in appearance with the piccolo. The end of it expanded and grew, forming into a sword. As the song came to a close the final notes brought her disk back to life, and she flw towards the opponet. In the process she changed the grip on her piccolo from playing the instrument, to using it in its new form as the sword. She attempted to slice through the Cannondumb that the ratty was hiding behind. She returned back to her orginial position once the attack was finished.

Once the bird was at the right place to dive bomb the pesky rodent viruses, it caught fire, and flew with great speed at the rodent. Once at the bottom of its attack, it pulled landed on the netways with a great thud. Its body's fire was put out with the impact. The bird pushed itself back to its feet, and stood there staring at the row of cannons, its body still twisted and deformed from the impact. "That should be enough to remove the bulk of the force down to null threat level," Bard said attempting to sound like she was combat trained. Leo simply hit his palm on his forehead and said, "Of course Bard, that was my plan."

With a one-two hit, the Canodumb was sliced by Bard's piccolo sword and the Ratty that was hiding behind was charred to ashes by the Raven's assistance. Now with only two viruses left, they couldn't do anything but rapidly fire the cannons at Bard. Thankfully, the navi already prepared her evasion spell and easily dodged the incoming attacks.

Bar smirked when she saw she had come out untouched. "Everything is going according to plan," Bard said very confident. "Yes. Exactly. Everything is going according to my plan," Leo said with a sigh. Bard simply scoffed and said, "Just send me some more chips Mr. Plan." Leo Let out another long sigh and glanced into his remaining chips. Bard needs to heal up before we keep going down these netways. I hate it when she is a lower health level. He slotted in the sword, firehit, and Riskhoney chips. "Ok Bard. Heal with the sword first, then put up riskhoney. Blast the other after that." Bard nodded in agreement, clearly Leo's plann wasn't following her own. She could tell his was much better though.

She sent the sword deep into herself with once quick jab. The attack restored her health levels. Next She sent the data for the firehit to her Raven.
As the Raven was processing this data, she pulled up the music for the Riskhoney data. She pulled her bongos to her lap and tapped out a simple beat. This went on for only a short time in the song, as she began to tap out more complex and twisting beats. At this point in the song, she would hit the face of the bongo, only to pull it up and have a Bee fly from under her hand. The pace of the song intentsified and more and more bees spawned and engulfed the musical warrior. Soon there was a cloud of bees around Bard, awaiting to attack whomever disturbed them.
The Raven was changing into Flameon Raven once more. It flew up and sent the data through its system, causing it to catch fire. Quickly it plummeted to the ground, more than ready to make contact with one of the pesky cannons. It attempted to dive bomb right through the virus and this time, it quickly pulled back up and flew back into the air. It wasn't on fire on is way back up, having hopefuly left all of that on the viruses to be deleted. Leo smiled and said, "Ok. That should handle this fight." He leaned back in his chair with a wide smile. Bard even let a slightly grin pass her face, as this battle as also annoying her.

Bard springs into action, healing herself with the sacrifice of a sword chip. One Cannondumb takes this opportunity to fire at the musical navi, but she quickly puts up a barrier of bees, who angrily buzz and swarm the virus after being hit. It was a trip to the emergency room for that one.
Trying to end with a flourish, Bard had her Raven deal the last, fiery blow to the final virus. Suffice to say, it hit, and then the field was no more.

Bard let out a cheer as the last of the virsues were deleted. She was more than happy to have this battle over. She couldn't seem to do much without taking hits or having to shoot down those annoying little ratty missles. She sent her Raven to get the data while she began playing her movement disk. She was happy to be moving back down the netways once again. The Raven obtained the data and sent the zenny into Leo's bank and the chip to him as well. "Execellent," Leo said with a smile. These are always useful for keeping things away and dealing final or quick blows." Bard hadn't even heard what his operator said. She was calling her bird over and playing with it as her disk kept moving down the netways.

The humming of a vehicle approaches Bard, and she looks up to see three clouds of dust heading her way. As the sound gets louder and the objects get closer, she perceives three Heelnavis on motorcycles, carrying what seem to be sub-machine guns. One of them spots Bard and licks his lips and drives toward her at full speed. The other two follow while Bard gets in a defensive stance, her Raven tensing on end. The three Heelnavis circle Bard hungrily, making catcalls and vulgar whistles at the musician, before the lead one stops the gang. The humming of the motorcycles stop and the three dismount their vehicles, the one that stopped them stalking near to Bard.
"Hey little lady, what are you doing out here all alone?" the Heelnavi cooed to Bard, who probably tensed a bit more, eyes narrowing as he came closer. The Heelnavi's teammates emitted more vulgar cries as their leader approached Bard.
"[color=purple]It's not safe to be here all by yourself. Why don't you come with us?" the Heelnavi suggested, hand reaching for Bard's chin.

Bard sat on her disk, dropping it to the ground as the heelnavi's came into view. Her eyes indeed narrowed as he came closer and closer. "Bard," Leo's voice rang out softly, "Try to keep it calm. We can't have you fly off the handle here that won't work at all!" Bard clinched her fist by her side, resisting the temptation to simply knock this heelnavi away as it cooed at her like she was a simple toy. Like nothing more than an object to them at this point. Her Raven sat on her shoulder, digging its talons deep, feeling the tension rising from Bard. Keep your cool for just a moment more, just a moment longer She thought to herself. Once the heelnavi was standing infront of her she raised her vision at him, listening to his words with distain and disgust. Leo choose not to speak, instead sent in a chip to Bard. She could feel its presence. Cannon. perfect. She sent it over to her Raven and commanded her Raven mentally to not use it until she gave the order. Bard quickly felt the presence of another chip. Riskhoney. She didn't give any outwards signs of knowing that the chips were present in her data stream.
The heelnavi then reached down reaching for her chin, trying to force her to look at him. Her eyes quickly glanced to the two goons in the back. She couldn't stand to hear there words anymore. She was be condistered nothing more than a weak, helpless female. Her eyes quickly darted back to the Navi in front of her. She knocked his hand away and said, "I am more than capable of taking care of myself, even from scum like you!" Leo hid his face from the display as he knew Bard had lost her cool. At this point not even Leo could help to bring her back. Her eyes locked with the Navi in front of her for a split second before the beak of the bird opened quickly, letting out the cannon shot. The bird cawed loudly and flew backwards from the recoil, flying into the air once under its own control again.
Bard spun herself quickly to look at another one of the heelnavis, hopefully she still have the element of suprise as he pulled the bongo to her lap and the piccolo of her mouth. She began playing and singing the Syncopation process upgrade attack. Every note from the piccolor was even more piercing and every hit on the face of the bongo had more and more power behind it. She sang low powerful notes sent this confusing melody right into the ears of the heelnavi she was glaring intenstly upon. The heelnavi then reached down reaching for her chin, trying to force her to look at him. Her eyes quickly glanced to the two goons in the back. She couldn't stand to hear there words anymore. She was be condistered nothing more than a weak, helpless female. Her eyes quickly darted back to the Navi in front of her. She knocked his hand away and said, "I am more than capable of taking care of myself, even from scum like you!" Leo hid his face from the display as he knew Bard had lost her cool. At this point not even Leo could help to bring her back. Her eyes locked with the Navi in front of her for a split second before the beak of the bird opened quickly, letting out the cannon shot. The bird cawed loudly and flew backwards from the recoil, flying into the air once under its own control again.
Bard spun herself quickly to look at another one of the heelnavis, hopefully she still have the element of suprise as he pulled the bongo to her lap and the piccolo of her mouth. She began playing and singing the Syncopation process upgrade attack. Every note from the piccolor was even more piercing and every hit on the face of the bongo had more and more power behind it. She sang low powerful notes sent this confusing melody right into the ears of the heelnavi she was glaring intenstly upon. Bard quickly slapped the Heelnavi's hand away, causing him to form a look of surprise, eyes widening even further as he saw a light shining from the beak of the Raven.
"Oh shi-" the Heelnavi cursed, raising both hands up and his body took the force of the blow and was sent careening backward into his Motrocycle, causing both navi and vehicle to fall over.
"Boss!" the other two Heelnavis cried out in disdain, quickly drawing out police batons from their belts. "You bitch! You'll pay for-" one started, but was interrupted by Bard's discordant symphony, causing the Heelnavi to grasp himself in pain.
"Hey! What's wrong?" the third one asked his partner, hand almost coming in contact with the Heelnavi's shoulder before he aimed a violent swing that nearly whacked off the partner's head. "Whoa! Careful!"
"Dammit, my head's just too messed up!" the second Heelnavi shouted, enraged, leaning on his motorbike for support.
"Don! Let's get this bitch together! She can't block two attacks at once!" the lead Heelnavi ordered, recovering from his blow, and taking out his own police baton before charging at Bard.
"Got it, boss! You're going to get what's coming for you, you witch!" Don, the not-targeted-by-anything-so-far Heelnavi, shouted brandishing his baton dangerously.
Unfortunately for them, the moment they tried to strike Bard, they both got a faceful of bees swarming their face. Both Heelnavis screamed in agony, but it wasn't over, and the second one seemed to be regaining his senses.

Bard looked at the sad heelnavi's whom were swating and hitting at the bees swarming them. A smirk of pleasure crossed her face as this disgusting navi's were feeling pain. She looked to the one whom she sent her Syncopation process attack to. He seemed to be quickly recovering from the effects of her spell. Her smirk faded in an instant when this was revealed to her. Without even thinking she began tapping out a beat. It was simply and smooth. And from it her bongos changed shape into her summonable guitar. With it she played a spell. Her Musical Bindings spell sounds much different on the guitar than her piccolo. When Bad playes the guitar she likes to make it talk, meaning she stretches the notes out and changes her note in short jumps as apposed to fast or long octave. As she played this song, the strings of the guitar began to unravel and detach themselves from the neck of the guitar. Then from the base. Soon the body of the guitar was simply sitting in her lap as she played the floating stings. With the last few strummes the lifted her hand from them and they whipped and moved like snakes. She pointed a finger at the Navi near the bike. The strings flew at him, attempting to wrapin themselves around his wrists and ankles. They tried to grip him, and when they got close to their target, they extended and stretched to fit their target and hold it down. If they grabbed the target they would dig themselves into the ground, holding his amrs firmly by his side.
Bard turned her attention away from the untouched navi, confident that the strings would hold that one for her while she dealt with a more important threat. Leo had raised his head from the desk and looked at the moniter by now. He noticed their weapons and said, "Bard! We need some close combat fighting!" His eyes jumpped around and saw the bikes. "I know you hate it but it is going to help so much if we close combat these guys! I am sending the sword chip for yourself and the rageclaw for the Raven!" Leo quickly slotted in the chips, ready to watch his plan unfold and work. "You won't have to use the sword long I promise."
At this point Bard didn't care which chips she got, or even if she had to use them for long. She sent over the rageclaw to her Raven, as Leo had said, showing she was gaining some of her thinking skills back. One wouldn't be able to tell from her next actions though. She pulled the sword into her data. She took her piccolo and used it as a handle for the sword she summoned. The sword flashed from the end, ready at fight these Navis. The Raven processed the rageclaw chip. Its talons became long powerful claws, sharp and dangerous. Its wings and beak also changed shape into sharper forms. Its wings were practially blades and its beak resembled a rapier. It was more than ready to damage some Heelnavis. The Raven flew to Bard's side, and readied itself as well. Both Bard and her bird were taking defensive stances to parry the incomming attacks from the batons. Both Bard and the raven kept their eyes open for any gaps that would allow them to slice the navis as they attacked her. "Ok. After this the rageclaw will come in true use!" Leo said hopeing his plan would work well. Bard had a furoius expression on her face as she awaited the incoming attacks.

Bard quickly unleashes a chain of musical bindings on the second Heelnavi, upon which, Don calls his name, "Carl!" before turning back to Bard. "You little bitch! You're gonna get what's coming to you! RAH!" the Heelnavi cursed, charging at Bard with his Baton, again. The Raven covered for her, parrying the blow and knocking the Heelnavi back, and the Baton out of her hands. Taking this opening, Bard slashed at the Don's chest, hard. The gangster was screaming in agony as he took the blow.
The Boss, however, had other ideas.
Whipping out a Vulcan, the lead Heelnavi cackled as he fired rapidly at the musical navi, who managed to guard the attacks with her sword, but one shot nicked her straight in the head. He rushed forward with his baton, and Bard had no choice but to block it, her Raven was coming around though. Bard and the Boss were in close-combat range, but for how long?

Bard grunted as she held the weight of the opposing Navi against her weapon. This is why she dislikes close combat. She can't focus on anything else, can't use her hands, and can't sing becuase she is useing all of her strength to simply keep one enemy at bay! "Bard! You have to get out of that situation! We can't keep you in there for much longer." "No Doh! A suggestion anytime would be nice!" Bard said through her holding of the attack. What to do what to do?? Leo thought very quickly to himself as he looked at the display. Ok, one is bound, the other is in serious pain. Out only real treat is the one Navi infront of us. Bard has her sword and the Raven is Ragerav- Leo stopped his thought process as he placed his fingers on his forhead attempting to remember what all the Rageclaw chip can do. "Bard! Your Raven! It should be able to throw the enemy around! Get out of close combat with this," Leo said while slotting in a chip, "And then use the Raven to throw him into the current badly hurt Navi."
Leo didn't even have to finish explaining the plan to Bard. Once she felt the data for the cannon in her system she gave one more big push with all the energy she had, and quickly got the cannon chip ready. The song for a cannon with Bard is simple, a basic few notes followed by a sharp pang on the bongo and the shrill whistle of a cannonball falling towards someone. She made those noises quickly and then held up her bongos. The cannonball flew from the faces of the bongo, hopefully knocking back the Boss Navi who as far to close for her comfort. Get away from me!" Bard shouted as the blast from the cannon went off.
Once the cannon attack was done she quickly sent mental orders to the RageRaven. It cawed loudly as it flew towards the led navi. It flew down upon the Navi, trying to get it in its clutches. Once there, the Bird flew up higher and overtop of the screaming Navi. It dropped the Boss Navi from where it was, trying to drop him down on top of the other. Bard's face was very delightful to see her bird trying to pick up the led Navi, and she turned back to the screaming Navi. "Here use this! It should be a nice combo to deal some major hurt to these guys." She heard from her operator. She felt in her system, the presence of a shotgun chip. She smiled as she pulled her piccolo to her lips to began playing the song. As soon as it was finished, she straighten her arm out and awaited the other Navi to fly into her current target. "Hopefully," Leo began, "this will take out one of the Navis. From there it should be a easy fight to manage.
