Your charge shot amount is fine, but charge shots take three actions. Also, your "punch" action? I'm assuming that you mean a normal attack. And with the beginning navicust programs, it would only do 9.
But, if you're doing a charge, it doesn't matter because you wouldn't be able to do it anyways.

Just keep the basic buster rules in mind and you'll be fine!

Regular attack: 1 action, damages for AttackxRapid)
