Appearance: Sylk's most basic outlook is a cross between a female humanoid and a spider, about 5'10 in height and about 150 lb (due to extra appendages). The female navi was created with a total of 6 arms, with claw-like hands; the lower 4 of which consist of only two fingers and a thumb. Her legs down to her ankles are also humanoid, but the actual foot takes on a more animal-like shape, raised up on an angle and usually balancing only on the toes and very front of the foot; two large claw-like toes, and another claw protruding from beneath the angled portion of the foot for added balance/grip. Each of Sylk's claws are blackened in color.

Like that of a spider, Sylk has a total of eight deep crimson eyes, however, two are normal and humanoid where the other six are smaller and more spider like; above the normal eye's and usually kept closed and hidden beneath her hair. Sylk's hair is a light blue in color, highlighted with white streaks throughout it; Styled to hang down over her eyes with the tips just ending below her main set. The back of her hair is a length just past her shoulders when let down, but the hair is usually pulled up into a messy knot that spikes out. Sylk's teeth are very fang-like and meant for tearing things, in addition to two longer/sharper than normal incisors; at least one if not both are usually seen overlapping her lower lip.

Sylk's emblem is that of a Spiders web, which is located just below her breasts upon her shirt; a measurement of C 36.

Sylk's whole body is covered in a very fine and short layer of hair, which is hardly noticeable aside from the color patterns and touch. Almost entirely grey, the hair at sylk's joints are a ring of gold, as if it was outlining her body parts. This includes: collar bone, shoulder, elbow, wrist, each knuckle on the fingers, thigh, knee, angle, joints at beginning/mid toe, and above/sides of breasts. Beneath the fur, her navi body is grey as well, adding to the inability to tell easily.

Sylk's upper body is dressed in a low cut, backless yet form fitting shirt. The over all look is simple, but the lack of sleeves allows free movement of all her arms. The shirt itself is dark grey, and is adorned with orange and yellow tiger-like stripes. The strips work from back to front and are in the following locations: yellow stripe on either side above her chest curving down, orange stripe on either side at her chest curving up, an orange stripe on either side curving down just below her chest, and a pair of orange and yellow stripes attached and curving down at her abs.

Her lower half is dressed in a three layered swallow-tail skirt; a pair of short shorts underneath them in case it's blown upward. The skirt is a dark grey with a single paired yellow/orange stripe coming upward and curving in located above her right leg. The shorts are a shade in between the skirt and sylks own.

Personality: Sylk is a very manipulative and tricky navi, almost always treating most others as "prey" and toying with them. When around others she usually acts upbeat and cheerful, or in some cases seductive, but majority of the time it's just an act. Part of this is because of base spider instinct, whilst the other part is her affinity for the blood/data of other programs/virii/navi. To her navi always taste the best, each with their own flavor based on their elements. normals being a bit too boring in flavor, fire types being spicy, wood navi's being somewhat sweet like a fruit, aqua navi's having a bit of a seafood taste, and elec navi's being a little more bitter to her pallet. In addition to this, it's the female gender which has the best taste, which often leads to sylk coming off as having a liking of the same sex; despite having no real preference. Of course during more recent events Sylk has come across the notion that many men are disgusting pigs, or just plain idiots, and perhaps swayed her preference towards female company.

Just like her acts when she is with other navi/programs, in battle Sylk loves to toy with her prey or make them squirm before utterly demolishing them; often having a taste of one or two before the battle is done. She also has no problems fleeing a losing battle; however at the very least she would deal some damage (and possibly a taste) and return the favor on another day. While having a general love for close combat fighting, and using multiple melee chips at once with her limbs, she usually implies a unique strategy based on having multiple chips in use at once on each limb, and fighting as the situation demands. In more recent times however, Sylk has deemed many viruses to not be worth her time and finding an increased boredom in dealing with them. Due to that she has spent less time messing with them, and more time just out right demolishing them. However when the mood strikes her or a strong enough enemy were to appear...

She very much loves to be in control, and when things don't go as she designed them to she tends to get a bit angered and makes any attempt to rectify it. Especially when that problem is inferior in her eyes.

Custom Weapon: Sylk generally attacks using metallic spider threads, or electrically generated threads/webs.

Spider Reflexes 1 -(dodge passive - 160sp):
Spiders of many forms are known for their ability to move quickly be it rolling, leaping or just moving really fast. Sylk is able to percieve her enemies attacks and use her reflexes to avoid danger.

Web Domain - (Accuracy Enhancement - 160sp):
Sylk releases near invisible threads throughout the battle field and reads her opponents actions and movements through the vibrations, giving her the ability to track any target within her area. This allows her to act with more precision when going in for the attack.

Exoskeleton - (Passive hard body -160sp) :

Sylk's tough exterior can be attributed to her exoskeleton, protecting her from most forms of damage.

ACTIVES:

Electric Network - (Large Area terrain change - Metal (40sp) 1 TCD)

Sylk summons metalic threads which quickly spread out across the ground in the shape of a spiders web, to create an electrical network under her command. The web is designed to run electricity through it, thus enhancing her elec based attacks. It can also be used to re-enforce terrain.

No Escape! - (Large Area terrain change - Magnet (40sp) 1 TCD)

Sylk runs an electromagnetic current through her metallic threads, trapping her enemies in her web and making escape incredibly difficult.

Gravity Web - (Blast4 + Gravity - (160sp) 4 TCD)

Sylk creates a magnetic field by running electrical current through her metallic threads, forcibly pulling all enemies towards the center of the area.

Scuttlest Barrier - (200 hp Planar Barrier - (200sp) 5 TCD):

Sylk adopted this defense after her battle with a trio of once thought destroyed virus. Though not as powerful as theirs, she steals the power of her surroundings to give it a little extra durability.

MachCross (Level 2)

Since sylk's original structer was more organic then most, The main changes which she adopted from Machman was a more technological aspect then anything else. the biggest difference is that she is now equiped with armor. Shedding her old outfit, Sylk now wheres an emerald green chest plate, segmented (insect like) boots and a waist guard, and 6 gauntlets of a similar color on each of sylk's hands. Each glove is adorned with a red gem on the back of the hand, and the claws on each hand are a metalic grey.

Another major change to Sylk's appearance is the additions of two new flight based mechanics. The first part is a set of 4 white wings, resembling that of a dragonfly's with the patterns and edgings glowing in a light blue, each detached from the body where the base of the wing resembles a mechanical guard which is linked electronically to her armor. The wings respond to her body's movements and thoughts, and is transmitted through her new attire. The second piece is an extension which travels from the back/bottom of the armor, lined up along her back ending just past her waist and resembles the tail of a dragonfly. used in conjunction with the wings, the tail is actually a mini jet propulsion system, allowing her to achieve speeds that Machman is capable of.

The next set of the new additions to Sylk's body are in the face. A large red visor now covers her eyes, with a cros hatch pattern similar to that of the eye's of a dragonfly, which can be moved to be infront of her eyes or resting on her forhead. The visor is attached at the jawline below her ears where a metalic guard starts, which traces her whole jawline from one side to the other. Where the guard and the visor meet on the right side, a single antenna extends diagonally back which aid's in the transmitting of data to her wings.

Lastly are the changes to Sylk's color scheme. Mixing her normal hair color with that of Mach's, her usually blue and white hair is now that of a light green with yellow highlights. Instead of her usually crimson eyes, they have taken on a cross of the two navi's colors and have now become that of an indigo color.

Weapons: Sylk's normal weapon is still using her steel sylk needles to attack, how ever when she charges up she summons a MachBuster in each of her arms to fire a larger scale attack

Signature Attack:

Carapace Defense System - ( 20 hp casing + 20 hp barrier + 1 hit shield + 15 heal + take aim + self slow, 3 tcd — 60 sig points , 30 nerf)

Using the technology of Sylk's new attire, the spider navi developes a three part barrier protecting herself. Each set of gaunlets emits a different form of barrier, harnessed and amplified by the red gem-like objects on the back of each. The first layer of defense covers her body in an energy enhanced spider silk acting like a natural armor, the second layer emits an eletromagnetic barrier around sylk and the third layer forms a shield of plasma to block an incoming attack. Once the defensive measures are set in place, sylk's new armor begins a regeneration phase, restoring both it and her body by a small amount. While in defense mode, Sylk's sensors go on full alert. In doing so, the targeting systems in her visor detect any nearby threats, and locks on for an assault.

Carapace Assault System - Anax Bomber V1 - (80 dmg + Break + homing + Self slow, 4 tcd - 100 sig points, 40 nerf )

The jet booster that is mounted on ylk's back has now been outfitted with an additional feature, making it capable of storing and launching homing missiles. The missiles themselves look like hand-sized dragonflies, and once fired they lock on to an opponent and chase them at high speed. Dispite it's size, the speed and blast of the missile is strong enough to break most heavy defenses.

Appearance:

Sylk's black carapace takes on a shade closer to brown, resembling ironwood in color and texture as her body channels druidic power through it. Her hair grows out down to her shoulders and changes to an emerald green, with stray vines and leaves littering the hair randomly in a few spots. Her upper body is protected by black leather armor almost resembling a corset but extending up and over her right shoulder and to her neck, clasping around it. Her swallowtail skirt is replace by one of tough black leather, extending down to her ankles and outward holding it's shape firmly, opened at the front still revealing he legs from the knees down. Sylk now also wield two scimitars, with an upside down spider decoration on the pommel. Lastly her personality shifts to become more calm and laid back from her usual quick to anger demeanor.

Signatures:

Strangling Vines - 10 wood + hold, medium grass terrain under target (80 points, 2 tcd)

Sylk channels the druidic powers to summon up a mass of vines from below, binding and dragging down an enemy caught within it's area, creating a web-like pattern around them on the ground.
