Train of Thought

This is a forum game I came up with. Similar to 'Change one letter in this word to make another', Train of Thought has you following logical 'jumps' to create a chain and see where it goes.

As a side-note, this is how my mind works ALL THE TIME.

The only 'rule' so to speak is that you have to explain the connecting reasoning, as in the above chain.
