Blanche's most noteworthy physical characteristic is her complete lack of pigmentation. Her skin has an unearthly pallor, her eyes are an eery red hue, and her bob cut hair is pure white. Otherwise, she is fairly unspectacular, standing at five-foot-four with an average build. Barring her congenital disorder, she comes off as largely ordinary. Her typical attire is intended to keep herself largely covered, and typically includes a hooded sweatshirt, denim jeans and a pair of white sneakers. She commonly keeps her hood up when she is in public places.
Personality:
Blanche tends to be withdrawn and prefers to keep a low profile. She's the quiet type, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she is calm and collected; She stays silent when angered, letting her rage fester until she finds an opportunity for revenge. Blanche is a loner and doesn't normally deal well with other people, though this quality manifests in different ways depending on her situation: It can run the range from awkward shyness to outright sociopathy. She rarely smiles.
PET Modifications:
Blanche's Link PET II has a solid white color scheme and lacks a serial number. It has an encryption mode where it appears to be uninitialized and have no data profile. In this mode, the Navi can fake initialization for a new user, appearing as a default NormalNavi.

Appearance:
In form, Blank Man bears an unmistakable likeness to an uncustomized NormalNavi. He is a bit taller than average and his color scheme is solid white, but he has the standard humanoid form with the rounded chest piece and shoulders and the large bracers and boots. However, there is one other significant difference that distinguishes him from the bog standard Navi: He has no face.
Personality:
Little is known about Blank Man, even by his own operator. He is a Navi of few words, preferring to speak succinctly and only when necessary. He rarely shows outward signs of emotion, and sometimes there is doubt that he possesses them at all. Blank Man and Blanche have a mutual respect for each others' need for solitude.
Custom Weapon:
The BlankBuster is visually and functionally very similar to a NormalBuster. Its shots are white.
Signature Attack:

With a touch, Blank Man can drain a program of its definitive data, assimilating it into his own code. As a possible side-effect, the target may also be temporarily drained of their color, in which case Blank Man will temporarily take on a faded color scheme based on the target's palette.

Green Normal - Blank Man takes on the disguise of a default NormalNavi with a green color scheme, including voice modulation.
History:
Blanche grew up in Electown. She used a standard NormalNavi, never particularly feeling the need to customize it from the default. She had a difficult time throughout school, often the target of ridicule from the other students, and over the years she grew more introverted and resentful towards her classmate.
During her Junior year in high school, Blanche created an anonymous website featuring radical anarchist propaganda. The same year, she also committed an act of cyberterrorism: She launched an attack against her school network, causing extensive destruction to virtual assets. She was swiftly caught, convicted and sentenced to community service.
During Blanche's stint of cleaning up vandalism, a well-dressed man approached her. "I saw your site. You have some interesting ideas," he told her. Then he gave her a white PET. "This is for you."
"You're just giving it to me?" Blanche asked skeptically. She wasn't accustomed to being handed gifts by strangers.
"I'm sure we'll find a way for you to pay us back."
When Blanche returned home that evening, she logged on to her computer to discover that her website had been erased.
