Aim, is that Wiley from the episode where he built the giant spider robot that grew bigger as it ate the electricity from the power plant, that Mega defeated by reversing the current, causing it to shrink down so much that Wiley had to abandon ship? (Seriously, you'd think he had established a baseline first huh?)

Issue 11 was released yesterday and a huge amount of lowbies appeared. Most with Dual Blades/Willpower. I had to break the custom and made a Dual Blades/Ninjutsu. It's really fun to play, but the accuracy is HORRIBLE. PAINFULLY HORRIBLE.

Well, the accuracy is horrible to offset the Combo system. IF they hit almost every hit, then they'd be DeBuffing, DoTing and generally kicking more ass than a Fire/Fire Brute, which would just be wrong. Also, Willpower doesn't strike me as all that good, as quite a few higher-up enemies use Toxic damage, which is Willpower's vulnerability. And not to mention the Vahzilok being even more deadly than they arleady are to the lower levels.

As I don't have CoH or CoV...Shury needs to make a Runeknight/Chaos....

Seeing as I made a Teethman look-a-like before... I could try it. Chaos would be easier, but I like a challenge. Might try it out to make other Navis too, just for giggles.

Oooh, I'll be starting soon, making a Scrapper. What are three of the best options for a Scrapers Primary and Secondary in your opinion?

For Scrappers, I like... Martial Arts, Dual Blades and Katana (or Ninja Sword, forgot which they use. Same principle.). Mostly for their graphics though as they are bad-ass. As for defensive, erm... I've got a Stalker, the villain equivalent of a Scrapper, and they get 'Ninjutsu' which is bad-ass. But... For a Scrapper, I like Super Reflexes. I'm not really fond of the 'increased HP regeneration' as it doesn't really protect you that much. You ought to ask Nal on that, he's got a Regeneration Scrapper. Willpower is blah as well, even though it's the only defensive ability that helps against Psionics. Don't know much about the powersets Invulnerability and Dark Armor as I don't really see them as 'Scrapper' defensive abilities. More like... LOOK AT ME, I'M HUGE AND EVIL. AND HUGE. Oh, and for the sake of roleplayers around the City... Get logical powers. Something that's IC. I have made and ditched over 10 characters just because their powers were illogical.

Just made a new character in City of Heroes, a Tanker, and I have to say that this is one of my most interesting designs. Just wanted to share it with the others. His name is Arado Grave. Might remove him soon and change his gender though... A female zombie would be interesting. 8D
