She has shoulder length copper brown hair, typically tied back in a loose ponytail, and deep blue eyes. She typically wears a red bikini top and a pair of comfortable jeans, though her wardrobe does have enough variety to suit more specialized needs.
Personality: As a former Onsen employee, Pam is all about being cheerful and helpful to those around her. She's typically friendly with those around her, and isn't afraid to show enthusiasm with a light hug or a congratulatory slap on the back. She also has a love of the water; she can typically be spotted at the beach or onsen.

Appearance: In the most basic of terms, Eau is water given human shape. Taking her somewhat given inconsistent nature into consideration, Eau stands at about the same height and well-proportioned build as her operator, thoughs certain aspects can change by a few inches every now and again. Her entire form is coloured a light blue, and is quite translucent. Her "hair", or what could be considered hair, flows down to about the small of her back, though, like the rest of her, it can be somewhat inconsistent.
Personality: Eau is and incredibly affectionate navi, and has almost no concept of personal space, especially with other female navis. Physical contact in the way of hugs and similar "touchy feely" actions is to be expected in her company, though that may not be an issue for some: outside of her combat routines, Eau's body carries a similar relaxing feeling to the onsen, an attribute she picked up through extended contact with them while Pam worked there. On top of everything else, she's very trusting of allies, and is conversely honest with them to a huge degree.

Given Eau's non-solid form, anyone attacking with a fist, sword, or whatever they might decide to use will typically find themselves with a limb trapped within Eau's body, leaving them in a perfect position for her to get a few shots in of her own.
