Actually, from what it looks like, "Baldeen" is probably some fusionation of Protoman and Bass roles in this game. :'D

You moron, he is ORIGIONALY from Japan. It's just that they thought Rockman sounded too lame to sell in America, so we missed out on the great Rock and Roll pun.
Also, in Japan, Omega-axis is instead named WarRock, which he first introduces himself as. Luna says "WarRock..manoi' (meaning cool or awsome), but the satalite police guy hears it as 'Wow Rokman'...at least in the anime. He probably just decideds to remove the War and throw man on the end in the game.

What Kujajin fails to mention is that the THREE modes can FUSE into one.
A new bad guy, which we will call 'Eon' for the time being. Is he Protoman's Starforce version? Or Bass' Starforce version?
