Hiko?

Why do i see Hiko online if he is banned? I know him in real life and he himself told me this? I'm just wondering.

I see him as civilian here. I don't know whats going on.

He is not 'Banned', he is 'Suspended' from the forum in proper terms. Suspensions automatically wear off, Bans mean a user-change group and that we'd change it ourselves. Which implies more permanence.

Yes, but that really doesn't answer why i can see him.

Even when Hiko accesses the suspension page, it displays him as viewing the Board Index.
