As can be seen, Emosawa has a rather distinctive body with quite feminine features, but is still a boy, both mentally and anatomically. His long, strawberry brown hair has the same silky bounce to it that you'd expect from a girl's hair, and is tied in the back into a large braid. His face itself looks girly, lacking the strong jawline that most males have, and having the same puffy lips and big beautiful blue eyes you'd expect from the opposite gender.
His choice in clothing certainly doesn't help his case, either. A white, baby blue, and grey shoulder-less robe over a sleeveless black tanktop, a large pink wraparound sash, and a smaller, dark red one over that. His hair is bound in a length of black string with tassles, matching the decorative black belts and arm-wrappings he likes to wear, as well as his knee-high black boots. The part that really throws people off is his tendency to wear skirts, such as silky dark red one in the picture.
Personality: As one might expect from his overall appearance, Emosawa is not exactly the manliest man. Being raised in an all-female household, he was taught to be kind, polite, and charming as best he could, and he has held this even past childhood, almost overly-so. He tends to be pushed around quite easily, and be flustered by difficult situations. His navi, especially, subserviates his will. Still though, when the going gets tough, he has the confidence to do what needs to do without needing to be asked.

Appearance:
Shizuka has a very distinctive appearance. She looks like a young girl, no older than 11, and is appropriately proportioned. She has rather pale skin, and torso-length, light blond hair done up in two ponytails. She has large, almost child-like eyes, albeit that they carry a fiery, almost feral intensity about them. Appropriately, her pupils are thin slits like an animal's.
Her design is quite minimalistic. Knee high black boots with a few pink lines, an orange mini-bikini bottom, an orange strapless bikini top, and a black glove over her left hand. (The boots, top, and glove are all armour-y, though the bikini bottom isn't).
Her right arm, however, is the complicated part, and the most distinctive thing about her. It's a large, black (with pink lines) mass of... something. It almost looks organic, and is essentially ammorphic, but holds the anatomy of a slightly deformed, really big arm. Her grey, clawed right hand isn't as big as the arm from which it originates, but it's still probably twice as big as her left hand. Closer to the top on the side is her navi symbol. It appears like a swirling mix of royal purple and cherry red with a dark orb in the center.
Personality:
Despite her childlike appearance and name, Shizuka is a crazed battle-monger with an unexpectable temper and a tendency to go overboard. Megalomania is her forte. She tends to treat her Op with little respect and even less formality, but she is concerned to an extent about her. In fact, despite her "Chaotic Evil" sort've personality, she's not a bad person. She has no problem with helping people if they need help, she's just... less likely to do so. And a bit more likely to let them get smacked around if it helps her win.
Custom Weapon:
Big Tri-Gun - Shizuka's main weapon is a long, 3-barreled gattling gun that grows outwards from her arm, causing her hand to fold back. Her charged attacks involves the barrels spinning as the attack charges, and all three barrels firing at once to generate a fairly decently sized dark blast.
Signature Attack:
Big Bang - Shizuka's initial signature attack. Her hand splits into several strips and folds outwards, shifting into a large cannon. As one might expect, it fires a large burst of dark energy designed to crash into enemies with heavy force. Simple, but mostly effect.
