First upgrade for Recon:

D-01 Rocket Launcher [40] [40 Dmg, 1 TCD] {A}

A shoulder-mounted rocket launcher is mounted to Recon's right side. Shells are created in the aperture and launched at enemies in a quick and efficient manner.

Next upgrade for Recon:

Small Med-Kit [40] [30 Heal, 1 TCD] {A}

Description: Recon's belt contains small rectangular packs whose contents can heal a small amount of damage. These can be used upon himself, or thrown to an ally.

Healing is considered to have S-ranked accuracy. Approved.
