Subsystems and schizophrenia aside, Rass' main body is still a mystery even to Suien. Early attempts at tinkering and modifying the fusion navi's fluid black body ended in failure, mainly because the body would flat-out reject any direct upgrades, as though it had a mind of its own. Even attempts at upgrading the core functions were met with resistance mostly due to the fact that Rass' body contains not one, not two, not three, but FOUR distinct cores that had to be simultaneously modified, and even when that was done, the overall capacity for expansion was decreased by a factor of four. In frustration, Suien simply used the process upgrades to increase the memory capacity of the R.A.S.S. system, doing little more than increasing its short-term storage capacity.
Little did he know that this act of laziness would be just what the doctor ordered.
With an expanded memory capacity, Rass gains the ability to "fuse" himself with any peripheral data that doesn't contain an additional core (due to the fact that core data takes up a prohibitively large amount of memory). By analyzing and assimilating this "junk" data, Rass can perform a number of useful tasks...
Fusion Armor allows for the grafting of junk data into a protective shell, capable of defending Rass from attack. This shell covers Rass' entire body, but can be chipped off using regular means of attack. The latest version of the technique has become fully passive, sacrificing sheer volume of absorbed materials for greater mobility and versatility. The downside is that strong gusts of wind can blow off chunks of the armor.
Passive. Twice per turn, Rass can aim two knockbacks at self or negate knockback against two targets. If the target is an object, Rass "fuses" with the object, ensuring that no matter where he goes, the object stays on top of him. Objects can be blown off by any means of manipulation. (Knockback x2, Passive) 80 Point Cost

This shell covers Rass' entire body, but can be chipped off using regular means of attack. The latest version of the technique has become much more streamlined, giving a momentary sacrifice of mobility for greater versatility and cooldown. The downside is that strong gusts of wind can blow off chunks of the armor.
Using the mysterious fusion core of the Rapid Assimilation and Synthesis System, Rass snatches up an obstacle and absorbs it into his body. The obstacle then changes shape into a suit of object-property armor. Objects maintain their abilities through this process, but cannot be blown off by normal means of manipulation. In exchange, Rass loses out on mobility the turn it is activated due to the increased mass surrounding his body. (Moves one object onto self - Telekinesis, Self-Slow nerf toward Cooldown, 1TC) 80 Point Cost

1] Isn't it a multiple personality disorder?
2] Isn't it 120 points due to nerf to bring down cooldown?

1: Ah... yeah, I suppose it would be.
2: The empirical record seems to disagree.

Wha- what empirical record?
All those documents have been shredded! You've got no proof at all!
But anyway, those were mistakes, and it does cost 120 points, 40 to bring the cooldown in order not to completely hax sigs up.
