Distortion Compression

Had some issues, but it's using the correct rules now, so this is a power up and a name change.

Distortion Compression: Green, flexible beams of light emerge from Bugman's glass headpiece, homing onto the target/s. Once attached, they will begin to squeeze the space surrounding the target/s, causing damage. (80 devisable damage, 2-turn Cooldown.)
