Appearance: Anti is fairly tall for her gender and age. Her hair reaches her shoulderblades, and is a deep brown. It is splattered with dye--sky-blue streaks run from the roots to the edges, and most of the tips are dyed about an inch and a half of bloody red. She usually keeps it tied back in a loose ponytail at the base of her neck. She has very solid green eyes, and has developed the ability to glare right into your soul.
She wears a large black coat, designed for winter, and a pair of loose, dark-blue jeans. Her shoes are black, accented with red. Underneath her coat she wears a dark red (almost burgundy) shirt with a high neck and a rather abstract black design on the front. She has never told anyone aside from Raiden, but she requires and always wears contact lenses.
Personality: Anti is very cold and distant. She does not like to get involved with anyone aside from herself and her Navi. She is rather antisocial, and only gets along with others when there is something for her to gain involved. She has an extreme soft spot for Raiden, but can even be snappish with him at times. Anyone else recieves no mercy from her.
PET Modifications: A newer model with both plug-in and infrared jack-in capabilities. The PET casing is navy and yellow, edged with silver around the edges. There is also a small taser-like addition on the side which can be used to give a small recharge to depleted electrical devices. The shock is controlled by Raiden.

Appearance: Raiden is of middle height as far as Navis go. He has messy chestnut-coloured hair that does not bounce light back very well at all. He wears a pair of headphones clamped over his ears, with the strap winding very loosely around the back of his head. He has very bright silver eyes without pupils. They sometimes glow in dim conditions.
Raiden wears a navy bodysuit, without stripes. Around his neck he wears a round yellow plate that forms a circle of metal, worn atop his shoulders, serving much like a high collar would. Inverted triangular blades jut out of the bottom of this collar-like plate, mostly covering his chest, except for one sliver from his throat to the middle of his chest in between the two plates. He wears cylindrical yellow bracers on his wrists and ankles. The ones on his arms have triangular plates that stick out to cover the backs of his hands. His yellow boots cover only his feet, instead of going all the way up to the knees like they do on some other Navis.
Navi Symbol: A navy circle with white-yellow lightning all around its edges, and a single bolt diagonally crossing the circle.
Personality: While in his PET, Raiden has a very flat and very vague personality, as if he has very little personality programming at all. He hardly even seems capable of independent thought. When he is on a network, though, his personality changes to reflect the nature of that area. This has frightened away many other Navis, because of his massive personality swings between networks. He cares very much for Anti, although he realizes that he isn't very good at showing it.
Custom Weapon: Raiden can morph the network to form lightning bolts that he throws at the enemy.
Signature Attack: "Thunder God". Raiden summons a spear made of electricity and throws it at the enemy. 40 dmg + 1 turn of stun, 1 target, 3 TCD.
About Raiden.
Raiden.EXE was programmed by a full Navi team at the Netopian National Defense Coalition (NNDC), which folded three years ago after a massive 'accident' within their lab. He is the electrical facet of a four-part team that was, for the most part, deleted during the 'accident'. However, Raiden somehow managed to survive it, and one of the scientists managed to escape with him. This scientist thought long and hard about what to do with Raiden, because he knew that the Navi was a very hot topic in the underground regions of society. So he decided that the best place to put Raiden was somewhere that most would never expect to find a potentially extrememly powerful tool of infotech combat--in the hands of his teenage daughter.
A CTRL (pronounced "control") is a serial name for the group of Navis that was produced by the NNDC to fight the worst of Netcrime. In many proposal meetings, the NNDC scientists described a CTRL as a "a prism and a beam of light. The CTRL is the prism, and the network is the light." A CTRL channels the network through itself, amplifying and manipulating it, and turning it into a weapon to be used to fight virii and malign Navis. However, a CTRL is created without any personality coding (it saves space for the gigantic program that controls the network amplification). However, the scientists found that the CTRLs' personalities were subject to the network as well as their powers, and found that the prismatic nature of them depended on and amplified the nature of the network they inhabited to become their personalities instead.
