With my level 2 that I am simultaneously registering, the cap for this is at 100 with 10 damage being free of cooldown.
Photon Shield ~ Creates an aura of light that absorbs one attack and restores PhotonMan's health by half the intended damage. (1 hit barrier with a Damage Absorb cap of 100. Anything over cap hits PhotonMan as usual. Heal cap is set at 50. 3TCD)
