Yep. Per new rules, I'm requesting that Electric Blaze be turned from a 40+stun 3 turn CD to a 50+stun 2 turn CD.

I know, the damage change is late, but I just now realized that with the 70 damage cap, and the 20 damage debuff from the stun addition, it can do 50. And the new cooldown rules are for the cooldown, obviously.
In short:
(Cap is 70)
50 damage
Stun
2 turn CD
Approved change?
