Mission: Blow up the Roadblock!

The shot weakened the armor, but wasn't enough. She would need something that could bypass the ball and do damage to the main body.

But then her bunny was flattened. Peaking into a rage, Red cried out as she landed, glaring at ElitE.... who probably didn't have eyes on the ball, but it could probably sense her dominating rage.

"Calm down, she's fine.... well, a bit pancaked but it's not like she's permanently deleted," Shin called out, quelling a bit of his navi's anger as the support program popped back to normal in his PET.

Taking deep breaths, Red sighed, tightly gripping her fist as she stared down the ElitE Ball. The chips they had in store required it to pretty much stay still, but how they would do that was beyond her.

"We'll need to hold it down, any good ideas!?" the red-caped wonder inquired to her operator, fuming with the fact that she couldn't get a good idea.

"Hmmmm...." Shin pondered, scratching his chin. Suddenly, all those nights of watching different anime seemed to pay off. Grinning, the self-proclaimed ace inquired to his navi,

"Have you ever played soccer?"

"Well, sort of, but...." Red started, getting the idea.... before losing it. "Wait, am I offense or defense?"

"Defense, Goalkeeper in fact," Shin proclaimed, sending two chips into the PET while Red's systems drew from her vast sugar supply to heal her injuries.

"Well, that'll be enough power," Red giggled, punching her fists together before waving at ElitE.

"Hey! You! Rolly Polly guy! Yeah, does it look like I'm talking to anyone else!?" the crimson crusader shouted at ElitE.

"Hey you pansy! Is that all you got! Give me your best rollout right here! Come on! You scared or something? You won't beat me like that!" the fairy-tale fighter taunted, clapping her hands as she braced her lower body and spread her arms out.

Wondering if her yelling had the desired effect, Red shrugged as her right arm grew hairy and bestial, enormous strength rippling through the ligament before sharp claws finished at the end.

Steam covered the arm, and Red brought her Rageclaw back, growling as her opponent possibly rolled closer.

Anticipating the possible offensive response to her taunts, the red-cloaked warrior thrust her hand out, the giant MistConv hand materializing around the Rageclaw and being the first thing to grasp at the ElitE Ball. Grunting, Red dug her heels deep as the possible attack came on. Bracing her right arm with her left, Red held on until the ball stopped rolling.

Quickly stomping on the ground, the confectionary combatant called up a geyser of caramel to engulf the ElitE ball and hold it still for her next onslaught.

Summary:
-splice over-
*Innate Sugar Rush: Heal 30 to Red
3. Taunt ElitE
4-5. Rageclaw1 and MistConv combo to hold attacking ElitE Ball Down [120/140 Impact/Slashing]
6. Caramel Stickiness to ElitE [Hold 1]
((Pretty much a 6 day bump))
As expected, ElitE didn't notice Red's rage, and simply rocketed across the field towards her, not needing any of Red's taunting as an incentive.

Red, however, was ready, and as the giant high-speed ball approached she readied a rageclaw and mistconv combo to act as goaltender. Fortunately for her, the ball rolled right into her hands, and she managed to not be bowled over by it.

Unfortunately, the impact and effort to remain standing hurt just as much as if she had.

As she struggled to remain standing and hold the ball, Red summoned a geyser of caramel, which spilled over the ball and held it until it stopped rolling and pushing against her. At the moment where it stopped rolling completely, the ball itself dematerialized, leaving ElitE standing in the resulting puddle of caramel goop.

"You know," he commented, "I don't think you're supposed to play goalie in a one on one game."

"It wasn't my idea!" Red pouted, rubbing her injury as her systems worked quickly to fix it.

"But why'd that thing even dissolve? That doesn't make sense. Does it need constant momentum to keep working?" Shin wondered, sending in 4 chips.

A green light shone down on Red, accelerating the healing process by a good bit. Stomping hard on the ground, the red-caped wonder opened her mouth, the wind current rushing in indicating the activation of her area eater program. The disorders that affected the terrain would be all absorbed into Red's system and converted into energy. This would, in effect, restore the terrain systems to a normal, passive state.

Brimming with confidence, Red's eyes sparkled as she activated the second chip. Slamming her hand on the ground, towers of lava exploded from underneath ElitE and bent their direction so the lava would assault ElitE from an angle underground and try to melt off his face or something.

In essence, cylindrical streams of lava shot at 45 degree angles underground at the Conglomerate's upper body.

Not quite finished with her assault, the crimson crusader hefted a heavy bowling ball out of her picnic basket. Straining hard, Red went with an "Alley oop!" as she chucked the Cannonball right at ElitE, hoping to deal some massive damage.

For her next move, Red closed in on the Conglomerate, her left hand crackling with electricity as she drew a ornate bamboo-crafted dagger out of the picnic basket with her right. Letting out a war cry, the maiden of nature slammed all 90 or so volts of electricity in her left hand right at ElitE's chest with a well-aimed punch. The resulting effect on possible contact would prove to be quite shocking.

Twirling around, Red curved her blade upwards, imbuing it with natural power before blasting herself skyward with a gust of wind, the blade arcing to slice through ElitE's chest on the way up.

"This is...." Shin called out, grinning.

"the final blow!" Red yelled, gathering up all the energy from the absorbed disorders and focusing it into her knife. The blade grew to the length of a normal sword and glowed with a green hue as a property of elemental comparison. Raising the blade over her head, the crimson crusader let out one last cry as she dived toward ElitE's head and thrust the sword right at the center of the combination.

What had really transpired? Red was too tired to check at the moment, but she glanced backwards warily, readying her dagger if she still needed to finish the monster off.

((Hey look a 4 day bump, kind of))
((Make that 7))
Red healed herself from the heavy damage she took from stopping the ball and resumed her attack by...eating the terrain again and unleashing a powerful tower of lava. The tower struck ElitE and managed to melt part of his haphazardly-repaired body, but somehow didn't melt his face off as well.

Nonetheless, ElitE didn't react kindly to this, and countered by firing another large prism shot at Red, which hit as she hurled a cannonball at her attacker. Fortunately for her, it didn't explode with fiery energy this time, greatly reducing the damage done. In the time taken to fire the shot, Red's cannonball struck ElitE and wasn't so generous.

Afterwards, Red did...something that did nothing, then lashed out at ElitE with a bamboo knife. Her first strike, a rising slash, was aimed poorly and missed. ElitE countered with an electrified magnet attack, dragging her back to the ground and reducing her to critical condition. Fortunately, it also brought her right into the perfect range to attack with her knife again. She did so, and hit the navi with little effort.

ElitE began charging something again as a thin aura of light surrounded him and small shards of crystal began peeling themselves from the inside of the fortress and were drawn towards him.

It seemed her latest fights would always go like this. Beaten, battered, and broken in tandem with the opponent, clinging only to the slightest bit of life in a desperate struggle for survival and victory.

At this point, her processes accessed her sugar depositories and renewed her with fresh strength. Though it my not be much, Red saw the chance to take the initiative.

"That armor of yours won't be forming when I'm around!" the crimson crusader denounced, placing a foot and her BambooKnife behind her before blasting off the ground straight toward the Conglomerate.

The fairy-tale fighter let out a war cry as she thrust at ElitE with her blade, aiming to pierce through and end the fight once and for all with this one sole hit.

Landing on the other side of ElitE, the crimson crusader feared the worst as she eyed her opponent warily, ready to move off if the attack didn't go through.

Turn Summary:
*Innate Sugar Rush: Heal 30 to Red

1. BambooKnife to ElitE [60 +25 Wood DMG + Slashing]
2. Prepped Dodge
If no studies have ever been done about the lifesaving properties of sugar, then some scientist in the world would have wanted to review footage of the battle between Red and ElitE and use them as a base for one. For it was the sugar rush that once again kept her from dying as she blasted herself directly into a half-formed rolling ball of death and trapped herself inside along with ElitE.

The navi itself could only let out half-formed syllables of surprise as the ball finished closing and rocketing around the field, only to leave Red on the interior, tumbling wildly as she was, and in perfect range to stab the remaining life out of him.

Which, of course, she did.

The ball disappeared from around them and dropped them back onto the battlefield. ElitE struggled into a kneeling position, still barely clinging to existence as he began trying to rebuild himself yet again...

...only to be shot in the back.

The navi collapsed, lifeless, onto the NetVegas street. Indeed, the shot had not only put ElitE out of commission, but caused the crystal fortress they had been fighting in to vanish completely. The crowd of navis that had been held up earlier had long since dissipated, apparently deciding in the absence of the Elite Heelnavi Squad harassing them to just go around. The unknown assailant that had neutralized ElitE had also chosen not to stick around, though Red could catch a distant glimpse of a four-winged white navi flying away from the scene, accompanied by the faint buzz of its wings.

Nonetheless, mission accomplished.

All gone

MISSION COMPLETE!
Red let out a sigh, slowly picking herself up before smiling in the direction of her unknown savior.

"Wonder if I'll ever see him again," the crimson crusader wondered, stretching as she glanced toward the sky.

The Fortress was gone, and the frequenters of NetVegas Net had a straighter path to walk on.

Looking back at ElitE's lifeless body, Red gave the biggest grin before running over and kicking the body before bouncing back to her PET.

"And good riddance!" the fairy-tale fighter yelled down.
