It appears to be the new installment of the hit 'Rawkman' series, which stars the Blue Guitarist, Rock, with his Red Bassist assistant, Roll.
...The names are quite corny, but supposedly they're pretty fun games. The girl appears to be completely enthralled with it, and doesn't notice Siren.

The girl pauses the game and slooooowly turns her head to face Siren. The girl's eyes appear to be bloodshot as though she's been playing these games for days on end, and her hands are twitching as she gets up and glares insanely at Siren. "I am going to kill you with my BARE HANDS!"

"Oh goody, a twitch gamer...this should be fun." Siren said sarcastically as she looked at Ashley. "How much HP Timmy?" Siren asked her netop.
"700, but I don't know how she'll fight, other than with her bare hands. Be careful, we can't use the Recover30 this fight." Timmy warned Siren as he began to slot in a couple of chips, just to test this girl. "Just use weak attacks for now Siren, maybe we can figure something out after a little." Timmy said as he finished slotting in the chips.
"Whatever Timmy, sorry you little twitch gamer, your gonna have to die here today. Wish it didn't have to be this way..." Siren sighed as she looked at Ashley with tired eyes, crossing her arms and with a single word, she began to fight..."Die..."
With that, Siren reached into the chip data that Timmy had sent, the first was a Magbomb1 that had then materialized into her right wing, quickly being covered in feathers she jumped up into the air and threw the bomb right at her, the bomb, making contact with something, exploded all around and released the pent up electrical power as it surged all around it's blast area, attempting to stun Ashley and damage her.
With the second chip that Timmy had sent was a heatshot, the Spikey's main attack, as it engulfed Siren's right wing in a hellish inferno of flames as she looked at Ashley with a glare and then launched the attack at Ashley, a flaming feather as it rushed towards her with great speed and maybe the ability to hit Ashley as well.
Then, the final chip came into play as Siren raised up a large yellow shield made from the helm of a poor metool that Nikko had deleted long ago, she used her wing to create the shield as it began to turn back into data, leaving her defenceless as she began to try to look for any attacks that Ashley might try against her, she could only hope her reflexes were faster than Ashley's attacks.

Ashley knocks away the Magbomb with her bare hands, and charges Siren only to be blown back a bit by the Heatshot. She stumbles, but manages to catch herself before falling over, and charges at Siren once more- Siren throws up a Guard1, but Ashley simply leaps over it to land behind Siren. "I said... WITH MY BARE HANDS!" Ashley hits Siren in the face as she turns towards her, (40) then goes to punch her again... only for it to be blocked by the guard, which fires out a beam strong enough to throw Ashley through a few of the arcade consoles.

"GAH! Wh...WHAT THE HELL!?" Siren yelled as she rubbed her face with her wing, feeling a bruise on it as she quickly brought it back from the pain. "Damn it...she's completely mental..." Siren said quietly as Timmy chimed in on his PET.
"Ok, lets try to keep her attention for a little bit. Siren, use your ability of shadow, her attacks SHOULD pass through you, like a ghost's attack would." Timmy said to Siren through a private channel as he began to go through his folder with his free hand, looking for what would be the best thing to use against the girl. "Hmmm...a Ringlog1 or the boomerang and then something else...or...?" Timmy thought as the sounds of him rummaging through his folder echoed into Siren's mind.
"Heh...Timmy, you had better get me my chips soon, or I might get a little pissy..." Siren said as Timmy ignored her and and went back to the chips.
she quickly took up a stance on one leg, lifting her left leg to the side of her right and spreading her wings out as much as she could before a black shadow began to take form around her body, encasing her in it as her entire body became black as night and her stance broke as she rushed at Ashley, a sinister smile crossed her face as she heard a click from the the PET.
Before she used the data, she quickly made her way towards Ashley from the arcade machines that were trashed from countering Ashley's attack as Siren felt a noise grow in her throat as she stopped dead on her tracks and let out an ear piercing screech as a large black note began to float around the machines that were taken out in the wake of Ashley being thrown through them as a strong gust came from out of nowhere and pushed the note across the field over to Ashley.
"Poor little thing...I'm almost sorry that my guards beam threw you into your precious arcade machines..." Siren said, faking remorse for her Guard's counter attack on Ashley before laughing. "HAHAHAHAH!!! I'm almost sorry for you! Shutting yourself away from the rest of the mansion, alone in this place! Playing your days away on these little machines day in and day out, if only you had a second chance...oh well, them's the breaks kid, now...to break you apart...little by little..." Siren said as she began to activate the chip data that was sent to her as a wicked smile, even more so than her previous smile, showed on her face, twisted with...remorse for Ashley? No...it couldn't be that...could it?
A small blue bomb appeared in her right wing, being covered with feathers like the Magbomb before it, she quickly wound up her pitch and as soon as she brought her wing forwards with a lot of momentum as the blue bomb, now turned a pitch, feathery black, rushed forwords twords Ashley, if the bomb didn't get her, the blast just might.
Siren's wing then glew with a bright, white light as she looked twords Ashley as the feathers became...like iron, jagged, sharp iron spikes as they quickly stood on end about a foot or so as it began to weigh down Siren and slow her movment as she quickly began to jump like an acrobat onto one machine near her then another and another in a zigzag pattern as she began to, finally, feel the weight of the wing, she finally reached where Ashley was at and then took one final leap above her like a preditor upon her prey as she whurred around like a buzzsaw in mid-air before she finally made contact with what might be Ashley before the glowing stopped and the wing became like concrete to her as she tried to jump back, a large burst of wind hitting her to help, to watch her handiwork in action.

"SHIT!" Siren swore loudly as she kicked up a large gust of wind again as she hoped to push ashley away from the door again as she then attempted to close it and find a lock as she tried to lock it as well before she heard a couple of clicks into her PET.
As that happened she attempted to transfer the data into the door it's self, the clicks were the unused guard chips, Guard1 first then the Guard2, using all of her power, she attempted to make the door harden into the same density of a Guard1 to fortify it on the inside with a yellow tinge before she then tried to transfer the data upon the Guard1, to give it a darker, red tinge of color as Siren then quickly bolted from the door, attempting to keep out of the way of it.

Siren hears what seems to be a girl... singing? as she nears the door. She doesn't recognize the tune, but her voice is very pretty... Siren opens the door to find the person who's singing washing the dishes. This must be the mansion's Kitchen. The woman has long, somewhat fluffy blonde hair, and seems to be wearing a pair of short shorts and an apron covering a blue shirt. Siren notices, grudgingly, that the woman has a much nicer figure than she does... but she can't see her face.
