Valkyrie cursed as the UFO grasped the drill out of her hands. She circled around her enemies waiting for a plan to formulate... then decided to hell whit the whole thing.
She took a running start before leaping into the air, to attack the UFO from a more... personal angle. She could feel the power swelling up in her fist looking for a discharge before being released into an explosive punch.
She knew she overdid it again. Too much power she was keeping bottled up, now the dam's broken, and it's too late to stop it. But she didn't give a damn anyway, so it was fine.

Of course Sieg did give a damn, but he didn't matter. He isn't here, is he? He isn't the one fighting, is he?
The punch flew at the Unindentified Flying Object, with enough power to shoot it straight at the head of the hardhead (not that there was much else to target). Of course, it still wouldn't do any damage (by virtue of being too fragile, and the head of the hardhead being, well, hard), but it would make Valkyrie feel better.
She landed without much of a fuss, throwing out an uppercut at the Swordy standing nearby without any further ado. She could feel the negative side effects creeping up on her, which made it much more urgent to finish this fight as soon as possible.
She raised her arms above her head, and on cue, a wide log appeared. Sieg grumbled something about stupid hairy Scottish men and their poles, but she ignored it. It's what she mostly did anyway. After a bit of heaving, the wooden wheel of flattening was on it's way to plow some swordsmen. Which got followed by another log of similar proportions, so no swordsvirii would be left out of the experience.

After getting pissy about the UFO, Valkyrie burns some of her own health for a burst of power. Moving around a bit, she starts with the UFO that angered her, easily taking it out with a massively powerful hit. She then turns on a nearby Swordy, finishing it off in the same manner. She wraps up by sending two Ringlogs the rest of the Swordies way, the first rolling through two of the viruses to take them out and the second finishing the job. The Hardhead then begins to wiggle and spews a canonball at Valkyrie, missing her but still breaking a panel.

The HardHead was wide open from it's missed attack, and Valkyrie would rather not let it close his impenetrable shell again. Three throwing daggers appeared in her hand quickly, and she threw them hurridly to stop the virii from raising its defenses.

Three cackling demon heads crashed down in front of Valkyrie's path, crackling menacing electricity between their horns. Four towering soldiers specializing in defense slowly accelerated forward, place themselves in a protective formation around the ElecOgres. Four strange alien-craft like objects hovered down from above and faced Valkyrie, they seemed to have tough defenses, that might not last while they were attacking, at least they didn't steal chips.
But right on cue, two RedUFOs swooped down as well, making Valkyrie face a formidable party on this steely terrain.

Valkyrie seemed to freeze, eyes fixated on the viral group that stood in her path. Her shoulders started shaking, and they continued to shake even when her arms tried to hold them down, awkwardly embracing herself. But the shaking got more violent, and she couldn't hold it down further. She burst out, laughing the way only those can who feel they have nothing left to lose, including their sanity. If she hadn't been discovered earlier, it was now certain that they know of her presence.

Her voice changed gradually, the crazy laugh becoming cry of bloodlust. The "nails" of her gauntlet left gashes on her already battered armor as her hands traveled down from her shoulder to her side, the lines crossing each other in the middle. Valkyrie had a different kind of prayer than Sieg. She was already done with the chanting part... and now it was about to reach it's end. All that remained was choosing the first sacrifice. Brandishing her spear, she sprung into action.
She dashed right to the weakest ones; it is only fitting that the weak and cowardly perish first. The attack was fast and merciless, as the weapon darted forward with the power of a sledgehammer, focused in the single point of the tip.
The other one was almost in arms reach, and so Valkyrie didn't bother with the lance. After taking a long step, she grasped with her free hand, trying to crush the virus with the steel grip of her gauntlets, while throwing it into the midst of her enemies.

She dodged around trying to keep away from the ElecOgres and the IronShields for now. She had the advantage of mobility on her side, as the viruses were tied down by their tight formation, so as long as she can maneuver around it's just possible that she'll come out on top... but her bloodlust drove her insane, she will do something stupid and I'MGOINGTODROPOUTOFTHETOURNAMENTBECAUSEOFHERFFFFFFF... Sieg continued to chew gum determinedly, a small sweat drop forming on his chin, starting to drop onto the PET...

Valkyrie began her chant, sacrificing some of her stamina for more power before teleporting to the frontlines and whacking the RedUFOs back with her almighty spear. The UFO was knocked straight into the ElecOgre troupe, distracting them long enough so that they couldn't launch an immediate attack. The Ironshield seemed to be focused on defending, so that was good.
One of the Pulsebulbs ran straight up to Valkyrie and opened itself up, letting out a ear-piercing electromagnetic pulse at the warrior, who luckily dodged out of the way. Another one was coming closer though...

Valkyrie was caught up in the slaughter and noticed the PulseBulb closing in too late. She knew she didn't have enough time to dodge, so she prepared to absorb the shock instead, to be able to quickly retaliate afterwards, when suddenly, a pocket of battlechip data arrived at her disposal. And with it came the question:
- What the hell do you think you're doing?
She instinctively raised her lance to stab forward, although she knew that it wouldn't be able to pierce the hard shell of the virus before it opened it to attack... at which point it wouldn't matter much. However, the weapon changed as the battlechip activated, taking a slightly different form... from the tip, several "edges" traveled down, spiraling around it's shaft right up to the hand guard, which became mechanic, gear like. The whole weapon became a bit shorter but wider, and more triangular. And as soon as the transformation completed, it started spinning with a loud buzzing sound, the sudden resistance of the rotational force almost tearing the tool out of Valkyrie's hands. However, it didn't impair her ability to thrust forward, and she didn't need anything else. She and the virus went head on, Drill against armor.
She didn't care about whether or not her assault was successful at stopping the PulseBulb. With a rasp battlecry she pushed onwards, intent on skewering the next virus in the line with the same blow.
Valkyrie dashed to another virii, ending the dash in a giant leap. The drill-lance was raised above her head, pointing diagonally down, as she was trying to drive it into exposed core of the Bulb while landing. Once her feet touched the ground again, she changed grip, heaved, and pulled the lance up, ripping through the panel it was half embedded into, and anything else in the way. With the same motion, she swung it around one handed at it's maximum reach while taking an elongated step in the direction of an armored PulseBulb. It seems that the DrillArm chip finally reached it's limits, as the enhanced lance blew to pieces upon the impact.

A small control tower and it's accompanying satellite appeared between Valkyrie and the Ironshields, summoned by the activation the RemoteBit battlechip. And just as soon as it appeared, it shot a huge lightning bolt at the wall of viruses.
- Think of it as... divine intervention.
On one hand, Sieg just interrupted her fight. On the other, picking that defense open without the drill would've been next to impossible. And she was getting used to interruptions anyway. With the initial rush of adrenalin dying down, her more reasonable side was able to persuade the more bloodthirsty one to let it slip this time.
Regardless, the tower's cover gave her some time to catch her breath... but the ElecOgres also had time to act, and that flimsy piece of scrap won't protect against their powerful electric shot.
Quickly ducking out of cover, Valkyrie started running again, trying to dodge attacks by simply being on the move.

Valkyrie slams her DrillArm twice into the attacking Pulsebulb, deleting it with ease while dealing easily with the second one on account of Break being better than IronBody.
She moved away from some bombs the IronShields launched and proceeded to kill off the rest of the Pulsebulbs. This proved futile, however, as the ElecOgres suddenly shocked her with a stream of electricity! Down to her last health, she summons a RemoteBit, which rains down on an Ironshield and cracks the panel beneath it... if it wasn't made out of pure steel. She manages to eliminate it though.

The electric discharge blew Valkyrie off of her feet, but not for long. Her back hardly hit the ground, she rolled back, and was already running... err... limping again. The Recov10 didn't help much, but it at least closed some of her wounds. That should be enough for, oh... all of one other hit maybe. She clenched her teeth and ran for the opening between the IronShields.
The odds were only getting better. It started as thirteen to one, and now it was down to six...
A thundering crack almost blew her eardrums as the lightning from the remotebit struck right besides her, leaving something black and smoldering on the metal panel.
... make that five against one.
It wasn't a decision as such. There was simply no possibility of running away to begin with, so this was NOT the usual, and quite dumb "at least I take as much as I can down with me" situation. It was either her or them, and Valkyrie preferred "them". Not having to wrestle the instinct of self preservation, she could focus on coming up with the best possible strategy to eliminate the viral threat.
At least, that has to be the only justification she could possibly have for trying to run up to ElecOgres to beat them up with large sticks while critically injured.
Valkyrie charged towards the electric viruses, holding the RingLog above her head. Just a few steps before crashing into them, she stopped, let go of the Log and let momentum do it's thing, with a bit of help from her of course. There wasn't enough place for the second log to get a running start, so she just threw it the old fashioned way, hoping to further flatten some ogre faces.
Out of things to clobber viruses with for the moment, Valkyrie dashed a bit further to get away and hopefully dodge the retaliatory lightnings, before taking an abrupt turn and throwing a trio of Kunais at her opponents, before changing direction again to get out of the viruses line of fire with a jumping roll. Her legs were starting to hurt, as she was getting more and more tired... she won't be able to keep dodging for much longer.

It wasn't a decision as such. There was simply no possibility of running away to begin with, so this was NOT the usual, and quite dumb "at least I take as much as I can down with me" situation. It was either her or them, and Valkyrie preferred "them". Not having to wrestle the instinct of self preservation, she could focus on coming up with the best possible strategy to eliminate the viral threat.
At least, that has to be the only justification she could possibly have for trying to run up to ElecOgres to beat them up with large sticks while critically injured.
Valkyrie charged towards the electric viruses, holding the RingLog above her head. Just a few steps before crashing into them, she stopped, let go of the Log and let momentum do it's thing, with a bit of help from her of course. There wasn't enough place for the second log to get a running start, so she just threw it the old fashioned way, hoping to further flatten some ogre faces.
Out of things to clobber viruses with for the moment, Valkyrie dashed a bit further to get away and hopefully dodge the retaliatory lightnings, before taking an abrupt turn and throwing a trio of Kunais at her opponents, before changing direction again to get out of the viruses line of fire with a jumping roll. Her legs were starting to hurt, as she was getting more and more tired... she won't be able to keep dodging for much longer.

Valkyrie eliminated the Ironshield in her way with the help of her Control Tower while recovering a bit of health with a healing chip. She launched her Ringlogs at the ElecOgres, who all got hit, but one unleashed another discharge of electricity at Valkyrie that she couldn't avoid. Seeking to finish this, Valkyrie threw a trio of Kunais at her opponents, felling the ElecOgres.
The angel of death tapped into her movement systems, kicking them into overdrive as she rolled out of the way of a wrecker fired from one of the Ironshields.
Another came sailing close... and crashed into Valkyrie's chest, forcing her to activate her emergency jack out procedures.
