Uh... this is kind of a small thing, but... why don't you deliver this one guy a ticket? It's been bugging me for a little while, but it seems so insignificant I honestly don't feel like doing it myself.
Go to ACDC Net and look for a Navi riding a bicycle, the same one he was riding during his minor offense. I think it's a red one... anyway, you'll probably know him because he's riding pretty fast. I don't think I know many that can move that well...
Well, here you go. Do this, and you'll get a GMO, of course.
