If you have any sig attacks using blast or nova 1, note that the effects have recently been made illegal. The use of these signature attacks is no longer allowed and will not be modded any further when it occurs! As such, if you have one of these signature abilities, please post in the signature registration board if you wish to re-allocate points of abilities using the outlawed effect, or simply remove blast1/nova1 from the description if you'd rather.
NOTE: Blast1/Nova1 are not barred from chips, only sigs.
