If a sig you have stacks two effects of any one 'layer' (IE: Two barriers, or a barrier and an aura), you may re-register the sig with the new rule, or just make an entirely new sig with the points.
EXAMPLES:
RE-REGISTER THIS
BARRIERDEF
Naviman stacks two barriers on himself!
(20 HP barrier x2 to self)
DON'T RE-REGISTER THIS
SUPERDEF
Naviman gains a barrier, and turns invisible!
(20 HP barrier to self, Invis to self)
