Spring Cleaning

I'll be doing that thing where I fiddle around with the layout of the forum. The changes should take anywhere from 5 minutes to forever depending on if the ACP wants to cooperate with me :3

The changes today will include:

[li]Rearranging OOC areas into two broad categories: Serious Business and Fun Time.
[li]Archiving the old homepages and Email forums in a new Net Archive forum.

• Unveiling the new Email and Homepage forums and rules, which will be much more flexible and take nearly all the administrative load off of us for creating them.
  

If you notice anything that seems completely out of place after I bump this and say I'm done for now, let me know in a PM so I can fix it.

I believe I'm done for now.

If you had certain things bookmarked, they might be broken, but everything should still be here. Just poke around for a moment and I'm sure you'll stumble upon it.

Also, just in case anyone was waiting because I didn't give the go ahead...

The new E-mail and Homepages are open. So like, if you wanna go post your's, do it.
