Personality: Hyperactive and fun-loving. He never stops moving around and doing things, but sometimes this gets him into trouble. He can be sort of clueless sometimes, but he has a good heart. His energetic personality creates a bond between him and his navi, but they can disagree just as much as they agree.
PET Modifications: Built to withstand electric shocks better than other PETs due to Voltman's obsession with electric pulses, and colored black.

Appearance: While having most of the appearance of a black and yellow normal navi, Voltman also has a small lightning rod attached to each shoulder, and wears a helmet. He also has a lightning bolt symbol on his chest, and his helmet.
Personality: Voltman's Hyperactive personality comes partially from Shigeru's similar personality, and partially from all of the electricity running through his system. He's very trusting, and prefers setting up combo attacks in battle than going full-out, berserker style. He enjoys going through the net, and occasionally setting off a small electric pulse through the system, just to freak people out.
