'Creel' Family
(Primary Function: Propaganda. This family is concerned with spreading information, be it true or otherwise, to alter the public opinion which has long sided with the NetPolice. Recruiting initiatives also fall into the hands of this family, which is prone to creating some truly creative slogans and draws to get new members regardless of the means. Combat is not a major part of this family, but occasionally digging through the NetPolice to get some actual shady information can force operatives to defend themselves.)

ReporterMan stands at an even six feet, though from his tendency to make himself appear taller, or be directly in your face, it would hard to accurately guess that. He has short, light brown hair, gray eyes, and light skin. Most of his body except for his face is wrapped in what appears to be tattoos of newsprint. The same newsprint pattern appears on bandages he always wears wrapped around his arms up to the elbow.
Other than these bandages, ReporterMan's outfit consists of a white T-shirt, black vest, black baggy pants, and boots with grips on the soles designed for maximum mobility. The vest contains many small pockets, in which ReporterMan carries notepads, news clippings, and paper scraps, as well as a few extra pens. The pen he typically uses both as a weapon and to write most of his articles with, however, is tightly concealed underneath the bandages of his left arm...though he never appears to have any trouble pulling it out.
ReporterMan also wears a small backpack, in which he carries even more notepads, as well as a voice recorder and a small camera. He usually leaves this open for easy access, which can lead to some annoying situations where something inside almost flies out as a result of his speed.
Personality

In person, ReporterMan is loud, often obnoxious, in-your-face, and shameless. He talks fast and loud, is excitable by anything he deems a good scoop, knows nothing of sensitivity, and knows nothing of personal space. From the sidelines, he's a maniac with a pen and a camera, who will take pictures and write memos for later articles at speeds matching that at with he talks, with little care for decency or accuracy as long as it makes a good story. His only constraints in writing is that he's strongly pro-NetMafia and won't write anything that portrays them in a bad light (or at least, not in a worse light than their detractors).
Though he seems to see no problem with going to obviously illegal lengths for his stories, he does at least show enough concern to cover his tracks to some extent, usually in the form of a pen through the eye of anyone who catches him. Though this usually backfires on him, he tends to try and weasel out of a backlash by blaming such incidents on NetPolice brutality. Occasionally it even works.
He also has a strange obsession with quoting the old cliché saying of "the pen is mightier than the sword". And then setting out trying to prove it.

JankenMan has a weird body with a head that's made of a sort of dark wood-like material with a split down the middle that can allow it to open into two halves. The face carved into the wood is disturbing with a very blunt nose and a smug grin. This face is incapable of changing expressions and ostensibly his head is not a part of his actual body, but rather a decoration. His actual body is the giant wrist and hand that makes up his torso and lower body. The hand is covered by a white silk glove that acts as his skin-suit and can either walk on two fingers to be refined or crawl on all of them. While standing on two fingers, he rises to a height of about 8 feet; otherwise he's about 6'5".
The upper body (wrist) of JankenMan is covered by a pale green armor with four large hand ornaments attached to it (all left hands, interestingly). One hand is positioned at the back of the armor and rises up behind his head while the other hands cover holes at 120 degree intervals around his body armor. Different devices can extend out on robotic arms from these holes; when they do, the palms simply lift up to let them out. The hand on the back of the armor is capable of switching into three forms: its regular upward palm form, a "scissors" form with two fingers extended at a "V" angle, or clenched around his head as a fist. Underneath, the gloves are like the same material as the head, but they are covered by white silk as well.
JankenMan's navi symbol, a white, open-palmed hand, is displayed on his ear-guards and on a belt-like brace just below his wrist-armor.

Zazz is a lanky female navi, about 6'1" with thin features and a loose posture. Her body type could be described as painfully average, which she laments. Her most distinct feature is her vibrant orange hair which is very spiky and attention-drawing. Her face, however, looks very plain with large brown eyes marred a little by dark rings, as if from lack of sleep. Her mouth is also notably large, which looks odd with her otherwise thin features.
Her body's proportions are not bad, but not at all remarkable. Her typical navi suit is a skinsuit that is red with a sort of a zig-zag seperation at the waist, going into yellow for her lower half and red armor, consisting of a helmet, gloves, boots, and belt. Her belt and earguards hold her navi symbol, a red peony firework explosion. Funnily enough, she keeps her hair styled like Chic from Vivarte's regular costume, thinking it will make her more popular, but she's generally wearing a wig or a helmet, so nobody notices.

Zazz, above all else, wants to be the center of attention all the time. She thrives off of recognition and is willing to degrade herself or be an absolute ham if that's what it takes. To her credit, she remains ever-optimistic about people's opinions of her, but she is so absorbed with this idea of how she's perceived that it's one of her only driving forces in life. She loves taking risks and constantly wants to challenge strong navis, even though her goal is almost always intended to be "spread mafia propaganda then escape."
She's not at all an unfriendly person, but she has a very one-track mind and can therefore seem negligent of other people's feelings or motivations. Zazz's mind works very quickly but bounces around like a pinball from subject to subject until she finds things she likes. She thereby sees the world very subjectively and fantasizes a lot. She's also a closet lesbian and thereby spends a lot of time dreaming about the Mafia's many strong women. She's very happy about the structure of the mafia, which seems to favor female leadership.
Zazz rarely thinks about the evils of the mafia, thinking of them more so as a daring organization that takes risks and gives its members an exciting, edgy lifestyle.

Zazz uses two small, red handheld sparklers to rain burning sparks upon her opponents. Upon charge, she can fire out something like a bottle rocket from one of them.

Holly is a short female navi with a rosy skin tone and a very girl-next-door appeal with good proportions on a not-too-thin body. Her hair is milk-chocolate brown and bob-cut with some sparse flips here and there. She has a good-natured face with large blue eyes.
A green cap sits atop Holly's head, sort of like an elf's, with a bell that jingles on the end of its long sock. Her clothes consist of a green leather ensemble with gloves, boots, a sleeveless top, and a short skirt. Little bells are also tied to the wrists and ankles, but they don't make a lot of noise. Around her waist is a black belt with a silver, square buckle. Her under-suit is a dark red color. At her neck is a band that has a small sprig of holly attached to it. She also carries around a big, brown sack that she uses to tote toys. Her navi symbol, a green sprig of holly with two red berries, is displayed both on her earguards and at her breast.

Holly is a very generous and kind person who is an amazing optimist, the kind of person that's almost impossible to hate (though within the mafia there are those who find ways to do so). She's often perceived as a stupid person because of her beliefs, but she's got a lot of intelligence, even if she is overambitious with her goals. She hates violence and attempts to hide her power as best as she can; few are aware that she's quite as strong as she is. She's also very modest, which again keeps people from learning about her abilities.
She firmly believes that the mafia can be converted from a criminal organization to a supremely efficient engine for pairing up unoperated navis with new operators and providing protection to those who cannot become operated. Generally, at best she's friends with most and at worst there are a few who see her as a highly exploitable tool. She is aware of those people's opinions but perseveres despite them. Her biggest weakness is her gullibility, but another problem is her inability to adequately form bonds with others. While she's nice to everyone, she amazingly has yet to grow close to or cross with anyone because she senses the general distrust of her idea of converting the mafia.

His light hazel hair is swept back, as if some gale blew on it too hard and froze it in place. His grey eyes are the most defining characteristic about him, as their gaze pierces into the soul of some of the most hardy of personalities. Below his head, a long white scarf is wrapped neatly around his neck. His white short-sleeved shirt is always in immaculate condition. His pale brown pants hang slightly loosely from his legs, with his feet wearing simple leather shoes. He often carries around a long wooden stick strapped to his back.

Psyche.001 is very confident, but not to the point of arrogance. He always aims to win the hearts of everyone he meets, which fits his position as Creel Family Leader. A conversation with him will immediately ease anyone's nerves and bolster them to newer heights. He has a great sense of humour, and doesn't like offending others. Charisma is his most valued quality in others, always saying that the most powerful weapon is in words. He exudes a rather heroic attitude, always trying to help others in some way. Sometimes, however, he would sit by himself for short periods of time, ignoring all contact with others, silent all the while.

Psyche.001 is very confident, but not to the point of arrogance. He always aims to win the hearts of everyone he meets, which fits his position as Creel Family Leader. A conversation with him will immediately ease anyone's nerves and bolster them to newer heights. He has a great sense of humour, and doesn't like offending others. Charisma is his most valued quality in others, always saying that the most powerful weapon is in words. He exudes a rather heroic attitude, always trying to help others in some way. Sometimes, however, he would sit by himself for short periods of time, ignoring all contact with others, silent all the while.

Psyche.001 carries a long wooden stick that he can use to bash his opponents in a quick and senseless routine, which surprisingly does quite the amount of damage. He never whacks it too hard, for fear of breaking it.
