Department of Public Safety
(Primary Function: Everyday law enforcement. Officers are tasked with protecting the general populace and keeping the order of the law. Emergency response and rescue operations are daily tasks here. This department is both the largest in members due to the sheer amount of ground needing to be covered, and the most easily recognized from its regular dealings with civilians.)

Name: IcicleMan.EXE
Position: Department of Public Safety, Rank 6
Element: Aqua
Subtype: Wind
Appearance
-------------
-Head: An upwards pointed icicle, significantly smaller than his body. Possesses large, blue eyes, another tiny icicle that serves as his nose, and a mouth.
-Arms: They seem normal enough, due to the shoulders and elbows, but once the elbow is passed, the arms quickly form into...giant icicles, each of which looks like it could seriously hurt if one was poked by it. The shoulders also feature the Navi's emblem: three icicles in a row.
-Body: A giant icicle that hovers about a foot above the ground...and that's it. No, really. That's all there is.
-Legs: Non-existant. Did you not notice the giant floating icicle that made up his body?
Personality
-------------
IcicleMan, fittingly for an ice Navi, is an incredibly cool and calm Navi. He rarely displays visable anger, often talking to hardened criminals in the same tone as he would an old friend. This is in part due to his age: at the tender age of 65, he's been around the block a few times. He's been with the NetPolice for nearly 50 years, but never seems to grow weary of his job. In fact, he enjoys patroling, and dispatching those that disturb the peace if needed.
Custom Weapon:

Name: WrangleMan.EXE
Position: Department of Public Safety Rank 5
Element: Normal
Subtype: Cursor
Appearance
WrangleMan stands rather on the shorter side of Navis, and he is thin, but it's a lean sort of muscle. He has a rather small frame for keeping him light and speedy. His skin is dark and tanned, almost like leather in it's own right, though it is still clear that he appears like a younger man. He wears a simple denim pair of jeans with leather chaps with beaded fringes, along with weathered cowboy boots, complete with spurs. he wears a lightly colored plaid shirt, though it is dirty. Over this he wears handkerchief around his neck, and a loose fitting belt with a pair of revolvers hanging off of it, as well as a long coil of rope. He wears a black cowboy's hat, though he wears it a size to big, so it sits low on his brow. Strapped to his back diagonally is a long metal rod.
Personality
WrangleMan loves adventure and excitement. His is a mind of a simpler time; one where a person is defined by their actions, not their words, so he sounds rather unsophisticated in his speech. He also typically acts before he thinks, which can land him in hot water, though he doesn't mind. If something is boring him, he'll simply pick up shop and leave, he's not one for settling down at all. Despite this, he still is a good person, who will quickly make friends and even quicker make enemies.
Custom Weapons
Wrangle Revolvers - A pair of ivory handled sixshooters. Old and well traveled, but still in perfect working order. Regular attack is single shot, Charge Attack is givin' them both barrels.

Name: Formula.RPM
Position: Department of Public Safety: Rank 4
Element: Fire
Subtype: Guts
Physical Description:
--Basic Navi Description:
Formula is a rather slim, one could almost say 'sleek' looking Navi who stands approximately 5 and half feet tall. He has a smoke-screen-gray body-suit over which he wears a streamlined sports-car-red-colored torso armor piece with glossy black racing stripes of varying widths in places. His forearms are encased in thick, yet aerodynamic, red-with-glossy-black-trim vambraces that curve to cover the backs of his light-gray gloved hands at one end and extend a few inches beyond the back of Formula's elbows. His lower legs are similarly encased in thick, curving red-with-glossy-black-trim leg braces that flow to a stop at his ankles and fit over his light-gray boots.
Formula's head is encased in an open-faced red-and-black helmet with a transparent gray-tinted visor running across his eyes and nose from ear-cover to ear-cover. The visor hangs down from a darker red headgear brace that starts at the ear-covers, and curves up, over and around the helmet's forehead area. A pair of thin ornamental metal vanes rise from the top-rear edge of Formula's ear-covers just behind the brace, to a few inches beyond the top of his helmet. Once he takes the helmet off, it is possible to see short-cut fiery red hair, and much easier to see the matching fire in his green colored eyes.
--Support Armored Description:
Formula's Support Program, Moto-One, is worn over his regular armor as a suit of transformable powered armor. The armor is the same red color, and features the same glossy black racing stripes as Formula's normal attire, but is also bulkier and slightly less streamlined. It also covers Formula's entire body, leaving none of his smoke-screen-gray suit visible beneath the powered armor's shell. Despite it's cumbersome appearance, the suit of armor does not hinder Formula in any way.
--Formula-One Description:
Moto-One's vehicle mode takes the form of an incredibly fast and sleek closed-cockpit superbike. The superbike features abnormally wide tires, like those found on the rear axle of a chopper, only much thicker, and more reminiscent of the racing slicks found on formula one racers. The rims of the wheels are completely hidden from view by the broadened ends of the control arms that hold them in place. The chassis of the bike is only slightly broader and longer than the average motorcycle, and all of the machine's workings are encased within a reinforced aerodynamic outer shell designed to handle high speed impacts. The driver is located in a forward cockpit, with the engine located behind, and slightly below. There are four chrome 'exhaust pipes' that stick out of the upward-curving reverse side of the chasis' casing; two each stacked vertically on either side of the rear wheel. The exhaust pipes actually house booster engines for emergency use.
Personality:
Formula has guts. That's the first thing anyone who's met the Navi will tell you, and some may even show you footage of some insane chase stunt or other he pulled that got caught on video. He is spontaneous and impulsive, which serves to get him both into and out of trouble. Formula has something of an ego, but it's at least bearable. In his opinion, his biggest failing is his luck with the ladies... which is to say, he has none. That hasn't stopped him from trying, however. Formula is at least intelligent enough to know when his verbal bumbling is reaching the 'chew-on-foot' stage, and usually backs off before he makes a total idiot of himself. Fortunately for Formula, his instincts when it comes to his work and handling dangerous high-speed scenarios really are as good as he thinks they are.
Custom Weapon:
Flash-fire Gauntlets
-- Formula's weapon of choice are the braces and gloves he wears in the only GMO he owns. The charcoal gray gauntlets may be set ablaze to deliver flaming punches, or the buster barrels on the front of the arm-guards can be used to shoot fireballs or streams of flame, whichever is needed.
Meggido M-209
-- If Formula drags this baby out, someone screwed up... badly. The Meggido M-209 is a grenade launcher that materializes in place of one of Formula's hands when in use. It has a foot-long red large-bore barrel, and melds seamlessly with the red powered forearm-guards Formula wears at all times. It is not a buster-based weapon like the gauntlets he wears or the pistol he carries, but it is still a weapon unique to Formula.
PW-19k "Quicksilver" Pistol
-- In addition to Formula's built-in weapons, he also carries a standard issue "Quicksilver" pistol. The PW-19k is the standard issue silver buster pistol the NP hands out to all of its regular recruits. It is light, easy to use, accurate, and boasts a decent fire rate, but also suffers in the power department compared to heavier weapons.

Name: Iron Gigas.exe
Position: Department of Public Safety, Rank 3
Element: Normal
Subtype: Sword
Physical Description:
Gigas looks like a giant knight, about 7 feet tall by Real World standards with overlapping sections of multi-plated suit of armor that is colored black with a crimson red outline on each plate. He wears a giant cape on his back that flows elegantly and is a black of the same shade as his armor. His buster, a broadsword of 6 feet in length by Real World standards, is kept at his side, sheathed in a long black scabbard. The blade has a brilliant, gleaming silver shine to it, seemingly radiating with raw power. The hilt is of the same color scheme of Gigas's armor, black with red outlining.
Personality Description:
Gigas is not afraid to risk his life to save others, as his job requires him to. If an innocent civilian navi is in danger, he will, in all of his power, try to save that person. He's usually overdoing it most of the time. He is serious in everything he does. Gigas doesn't mind small talk when he's on a break, but when he's on patrol, he takes his job very seriously. For those navis he deems, "evil" or "wrongdoers," he shows no mercy and that's where his over-the-top personality kicks in and has him fully delete those who are evil. He shows respect where respect is due, and tries to help out the lower ranked navis in the NetPolice to achieve greater status.
---Normal Weapon---
Gigas's weapon is his massive broadsword. His rapid attacks consist simply attacking the opponent with elegant slashes from his blade. When performing his charge attack, Gigas points his sword to the sky, twirls it in a circle, and thrusts it into the earth, sending a shockwave of energy towards the opponent.

Name: AdhesiveMan
Position: Department of Public Safety, Rank 2
Element: Normal
Subtype: Cursor
Physical Description:
AdhesiveMan is a tall male Navi with a fit physique, but not necessarily buff. His helmet is designed like a large orange glue cap with an eyeslit on the front. No eyes are ever visible inside the darkness. His Navi emblem, a black circle with the shape of a tape dispenser, is centered at the bottom of the helmet's collar, overlapping onto the chest. He wears a Navi suit with a large zipper down the front. Separated by the zipper, the right half of his suit is white and the left half black. At about the knees, his legs fade into what appears to be be continuously running glue, which pools together in a pile at his feet. The glue appears to harden if he stands still. His right shoulder is covered in armor designed to look like an oversized glue stick with a blue strip bearing a yellow "POLICE" logo. His arm runs from beneath the armor into a large white gauntlet with a similar blue strip. His unarmored hand emerges from the end, but above it is a slit from which yellow police tape is dispensed. His left arm is not an arm at all: rather, from the shoulder, it becomes a huge black glue gun, missing the handle and trigger. A solid stick of glue sticks from the back, and a large grey brace is attached just before the end. It terminates in a short black nozzle. His Navi symbol is black with a white shape of a tape dispenser and is located at the base of the cap.
Personality Description:
Personality: AdhesiveMan is well-known in the NetPolice branches as a public safety officer due to his outstanding record in apprehending targets. Supposedly, he's never failed to successfully hinder a criminal he's been after. That said, however, he's not the type to toot his own horn, and because of this nobody can really tell if the criminals he takes in are all small-time Navis anyone could deal with or big fish tied into multi-level Mafia schemes, nor how many. Though he's very distant, mostly due to the large amount of time he spends on the job and involved in it even off the watch, he does have a select group he allows to get close to him. The method with which he chooses his friends and enemies seems to be largely dependant on his current mood, but once he seals his opinion he never withdraws it. He's suspiciously silent almost all of the time off the watch, always spares a few harsh words for his criminal targets. He has little mercy for crooks and no soft words whatsoever. He takes great stock in his own code of justice, although that code mostly aligns straight with that of the NetPolice, making him very efficient in his work. Although he is not alcoholic, he is known to be a gloomy and outspoken drunk.
Custom Weapon:
Adhesiveman fires a hot spurt of glue from his arm-mounted glue gun. His charged shot fires a continuous burst of the superheated adhesive.

Name: Swing.EXE
Faction: Netpolice (Department of Public Safety, Rank 1)
Element: Normal
Subtype: Sword
Physical Description:
Swing stands about 6 feet (net world equivalent) in height. He wears brilliant green swordmaster robes, held together at the waste by a brown sash. Emblazoned on the right side of the robe, about halfway up from where his sash is tied, is his navi emblem, a golden saxophone symbol. The robe is torn just past the shoulders, so he would be sleeveless except for the darker green gauntlets with gold trim along the back. The robe hangs open at the top, revealing barely-tanned skin. Swing also wears dark brown, almost black, pants, for obvious reasons, as well as boots that were once white, but are now stained a mixture of brown and green from years of exposure to water, dirt, mud, grass, and whatever else. His hair, no longer the shape of his old helmet, is now short and spiked to the back. It is still almost a solid black, in direct contrast to his vivid green eyes. There are two things strapped to his sash. One, a knife holster that actually contains an mp3 player. Two, a black sheath that holds a Wo Dao with a blood-red blade.
Personality:
Swing is generally very upbeat. He tends to make lighthearted comments and joke around even during battle, but knows where to draw the line. He is also contrary, though possesses a sense of honor similar to the swordmasters of old. This sense of honor has the nasty tendency to get in the way of other things, such as common sense. Because of this, he is far more likely to have to get dragged away half-dead from a battle than to flee by himself. Probably his most unique trait is a liking, bordering on an obsession, for jazz music. When he first became a solo navi, the first thing he did was ensure that he had a way to take his entire music collection with him.
Custom Weapon:
A shortsword similar to a curved katana. The blade is approximately three feet long and tinted a bright red.

Name: DimensionMan.EXE
Position: Department of Public Safety, Assistant Leader
Element: Normal
Subtype: Cursor
Physical Description:
DimensionMan's appearance is known by millions across the net, as he is typically the posterboy for not only the Netpolice themselves, but also for the realistic possibility of rising through the ranks and achieving greater respect through effort. His most distinct trait is his visor, which is normally black but is designed to reflect light in flashy patterns with no real functional use, besides maybe to block out some of the light that he often creates. His armor is aggressively bright orange, composed of a rounded helmet, gloves, boots, and chest armor with high, triangular shoulders. His undersuit is black and baggy; it looks like it was designed for someone with a much heavier build, and is quite baggy. He usually wears his trademark heroic grin into battle. His body is that of around a seventeen or eighteen year old's, and has not aged along with Don's. Underneath his helmet, his hair is light brown, often with a case of helmet-head. His eyes are bright green. DimensionMan wears a yellow belt with his symbol, a white diamond over a purple square, displayed on the front and a silver sci-fi laser pistol hanging from the side. There is a silver panel embedded into one of his gloves; this is the DimensionJumper, which he uses for many of his abilities. Most of his design is based on Don's childhood comic-book hero of the same name.
Personality Description:
DimensionMan is known for his heroic personality. While his attitude has always been goofy, his boasts of justice and morality are now more believable because of his position and training. He is not at all intelligent, however, and usually requires his operator's help for most of his strategy. DimensionMan can be very emotional at times. He has an extremely strong sense of duty and often tends to place blame upon himself. While DimensionMan is all for being casual and is usually a very light-hearted character, he is burdened by the responsibilities and expectations of his job, and therefore must often do things by a specific protocol that he might not normally follow. His go-getter attributes and admiration for the netpolice helped him to rise quickly through the ranks, and he loves his new popularity. He is very loyal to his allies and has a special weakness to his own DimensionGirls.
---Normal Weapon---
DimensionMan's normal weapon is his silver Dimension Pistol, with hangs from his belt in a sort of a sloppy way. The beams it fires are thin and green, not terribly powerful, but accurate.

Name: Applica "Doc" Patcher.APP
Position: Department of Public Safety: Department Leader
Element: Normal
Subtype: Recovery
Physical Description:
Doc Patcher (Applica) is a short, slim, and curvy Navi with a friendly air about her. She has long, wispy, and fiery red hair that flows all the way down her back to her hips, with shorter fore-locks that barely reach her shoulders. Her eyes are a startling shade of emerald green that compliments her fair skin color, as if she were of Irish descent.
Doc Patcher's Navi Emblem is worn around her neck as a medallion on a silver necklace. The emblem is a simple blue cross on a white background. It is present in all of her GMOs.
Doc.GMB: This is her default GMO. Doc Patcher is clad in a simple white blouse, matching white knee-length dress-skirt, and white lab-coat. She does not wear headgear, however her ear covers are hidden by her long red hair. Her hands are covered in white gloves that extend into a pair of thick, yet round and smooth powered bracers that cover her fore-arms from wrist to elbow.
Personality:
For lack of a better way to say it, Applica is a saint. She is friendly towards just about everyone, with a gentle demeanor and a warm smile. She is both thoughtful and compassionate. Although forgiving, she is far from naive. She is something of a pacifist by nature, and tends to avoid getting embroiled in combat via negotiation if possible. Though, when push comes to shove, Applica will step up and face any difficulties that arise with both intelligence and determination.
Despite her kindly manner and pacifist ideals, or perhaps because of that at times, Applica has a demonstrated talent for leadership. She has the ethic and the fortitude of character to shoulder such responsibilities, and has no problems with issuing orders as needed. She does not enjoy placing subordinates in harms way, but also understands that comes with the job in the NP's Department of Public Safety. Among the eccentric leadership of the Net Police, Applica would easily be described as the most mellow and down to earth.
Custom Weapon:
Patch Applicator Gauntlets -- Truthfully, it's a stretch to even call these miraculous implements of mass healing weapons. The Patch Applicator Gautlets each consist of a sleek, white colored hard shell vambrace that covers Applica's arms from elbow to wrist. The leading edge of each vambrace is made of a soft white padded material that rings the wist and curves gently up and over the back of each hand. Soft white form-fitting gloves extend from the wrist-edge of the bracers to cover Applica's hands. These custom weapons are virtually indestructible, and cannot be removed from her person forcibly. They allow her to analyze the condition of a program and perform data reconstruction and restoration when damage or corruption is detected. The gloves also allow her to fire stun bolts with the same result as a tranquilizer. However, the best she can manage in self defense is hauling off and smacking her opponent with her gloved hands, as there are no actual weapons installed in the Gauntlets. They are present in all of Applica's GMOs.
Twin PW-19k "Quicksilver" Pistols -- The PW-19k is the standard issue silver buster pistol the NP hands out to all of its regular recruits. It is light, easy to use, accurate, and boasts a decent fire rate, but also suffers in the power department compared to heavier weapons. Applica has two of them, though she generally only uses them one at a time (the second one is a backup).
