Messy, light brown hair, green eyes, slightly shorter than average. Wears a black, sleeveless, hooded shirt, blue jeans, and ordinary sneakers. He is also wearing a black headscarf that has a skull emblem on the front (which is a memento from his father), to cover up his hair. He has some other clothes (and headscarf), but these are the ones he is usually wearing.
Personality:
While stubborn, prideful and quiet, Sieg also likes to help people in need. He is a jack of all trades, who has at least basic knowledge in many areas, from IT to mythology. However, the fact that he is often disorganized, lazy and has problems with concentrating on subjects he marks "dull" limits him.
PET Modifications:
A very old, sturdy PET, that is painted black (although, the paint has already came off at some parts, revealing the original white coating). Has speakers installed, but Sieg uses the headphones anyway. "PET of Sieg" was scratched into its back with some kind of tool (scissor?).
Background: Siegs' father left when he was little, and his mother died shortly after he was born. Thus he was brought up in an orphanage, which he escaped only recently. He (an under aged person without any qualifications, and almost zero social skills) grabbed the only job available: customer service. Because PETs are easy to use, calls are rare (but the ones who call are total technophobes, to say the least). His goal is to create a new navi type, "holy", the opposite of dark navis. What better way is there to gain resources and experience than net-battling?

Appearance: Valkyrie.exe is wearing a a round, winged helmet, that covers the upper half of her face, and has similar design to the one that appears in "The Valkyrie's Vigil". However, thats the only similarity with the lady in the aforementioned painting. Val has a black navi suit and wears a heavy, metallic armor similar to European knights. Her eyes are bright green, and her black, straight, shoulder-long hair flows out of her helmet. She also has a booster pack on her back (only used in signature attacks).
Emblem: She has her emblem on the belt buckle. A stylized skull with a pair wings and a halo.
Personality: Similar to her operator, Valkyrie.exe is prideful and stubborn. However, unlike Sieg she is loud, bossy, and aggressive.
Custom Weapon: A heavy spear, decorated with feathers near the arm guard. She can also use her armor as a weapon (like headbutting a virii with her helmet etc.).
Signature Attack:
lvl1: Valkyrie ride: Val uses her booster (either by dashing to the enemy, or shooting herself up to the sky), then performs a powerful attack using the momentum of the boost (and her heavy armor/weaponry). Deals 40 dmg to a single target (lowered dmg, because it puts her in range, which is the sword types weakness).
Cooldown: 3 turns
Background: Valkyrie.exe is Siegs' first, and probably last attempt at creating a holy-type navi. The original plan was as an obedient, quiet, and good mannered, angelic personality. However, one night when Sieg forgot to turn off the PET, the bug ridden AI decided to take matters into her own hands. Thus Valkyrie.exe was born, with the ultimate goal of becoming worthy of its name (read: warrior angel of death). Valkyrie shut down access to her core, so the only thing Sieg can do is constantly upgrading and debugging her. Although the relation between operator and navi started out warring at best, they formed a bond out of stubbornness and pride. Val was also the one who encouraged breaking out from the orphanage.
Legacy: can I get the sword chip? Other than that I don't really need anything.

Okay, there's one problem: the reference in your discription. Get rid of it and describe it in detail and you should be good.
Now, for the matter of the legacy items, are you from RE:CN? This profile reminds me of someone from back there, but they weren't active for very long, so its hard to tell. But yeah, if you were on CN and had an approved profile, taking the Sword from the original profile is fine. Just get back to me on those two points and you're fine.

The ops' old name was Zack, but that was already taken back then so I decided to change it. Other important stuff stayed mostly unchanged.
Under reference, you mean "The Valkyrie's Vigil" I guess? Okay then, adding detail, but I'd like to keep the reference if possible; it is a well known painting that defines the "valkyrie" in modern popular culture.
