The NetPolice have issued a warning to all users to be on the lookout for Navis using special chips called "Dark Chips". These chips are highly dangerous and should not be used under ANY circumstance.
Research has shown that a Dark Chip destroys the Navi's individuality program (The soul, if you will) of a Navi and trades it for power. The Navi is highly likely to go berserk and delete anything in sight. The only way to deal with a Dark Chip user is deletion, but NetPolice urge citizens to run away from such Navis. The creator of these chips is unknown, however they are rumored to be sold illegally on the black market.
