Okay guys, I'm in a hurry and half the stuff I already worked on is at home... in a flashdrive in a location completly hidden from me.... 2 hours of searching and no findy made me really sad, so if you can handle low detail for the most part I'll dish this out. It make take 2-3 edits... due to this being 30 minute time limit at the library.

History: Gaeherris was once an team of a secret rescue ops called guardian angel. This group used navis and their own specialties to help people and navi's during major crisis. However, due to the way the navi's were treated along with Tenshi's own decision, Gaeherris quit. However he signed.... well he basically signed a soul-stealing contract, thus the second he quit the IPC began a manhunt for him and the experimental navi Tenshi. His current wherabouts are unknown at the moment.
Appearance: Gaeherris is the definition of casual. Granted the clothes aren't baggy to be casual they do exude a certain lack of care for fashion sense. A simple red T-shirt that covers his thin fairly muscular (you know, no big amounts of fat but not Arnold quality muscles) chest, with black jeans with pockets everywhere that seem a little too long for him. Standing at about 6 feet 8 inches, Gaeherris isn't that hard to notice even though he has no defining features other than height about him. His face is smooth and unblemished yet his eyes seem jaded. His posture screams of the lone wolf syndrome as I call it. All in all, Gaeherris doesn't exactly strike someone as a rescue operative.
In some of his pockets, he carries explosive devices along with several tools for hacking. Turns out the rescue op's considered explosives and hacking the same thing.
Personality: Highly analytical, he takes in all data before deciding an action. His eyes show the intelligence you would otherwise have to look for greatly in his regular posture. He doesn't handle talking to others that well, and seems unable to muster any major emotional response out of himself.
PET Modifications: Hack wire- Allows Gaeherris to hack into any electronical device and with the aid of Tenshi, change the function of it. (I.E: Blastdoors have sealed and locked, Gaeherris hacks into it while Tenshi who is still inside the pet uses his processing power to change the codes allowing Gaeherris access)

History: Tenshi is the first experimental Navi designed to have the processing speed to hack things, the speed to get to trapped civilian navi's before harm comes to them, and to fight off any threats. The massive amounts of programming had to go somewhere in his physical appearance, thus two white angelic wings had been programmed onto his back. The extra physical space allowed the extra programming to be placed. Tenshi was the first navi to undergo this process, and the first who it actually worked on. Leading his team in many sucessful rescue op's, he was able to sustain minimal casulties, from both his team and the people they were trying to rescue. However, that changed bit by bit as the accidents grew worse, the catastrophes greater. Then, more of his team died while more civilians lived. While this wasn't a major problem, the secret ops didn't preserve the ones who died, they merely copied the data and built a whole new body with supposed "improvements" To insure it wouldn't happen again.
The lack of care for the navi's angered Tenshi so much that he ran away one day. Tearing the beacon from the tips of his wings, the feathers turned black immediatly. Suddenly engulfed in pain, Gaeherris managed to located him and jack him out before anything else happened. Sucessfully finding the hidden termination codes in case Tenshi grew... rebellious, Gaeherris managed to suppress it with hundreds of sub-routinees. However, the tips of Tenshi's wings had already started to turn black, and his emblem changed.... perhaps of his own will.
Appearance: Tenshi is probably the only navi with wings. The white angelic wings are long, about 7 feet long to be exact. However, the tips of them are slightly black, a result of hidden programming. His face is white, just completly white and his hair is slightly graying. Not thinning at all, it looks like a big bush of grayness.
He wears a azure long sleeved Shirt, with Chain mail above it, the chain mail has an emblem in the center of it. The image looks so close, yet it's so far off. It's an image of an angel falling from heaven, it's wings turning black as it plummets from "paradise" Wearing long black pants, Tenshi was anatomically correct in as much a way as was possible.
Personality: Quiet, repressed. Yet, at times he has an odd sense of clarity. Perhaps he always has this? On most occasions though, he WILL attempt to strike conversation with even viruses. However, normal talking is out of the question..... NOOOOOO it's gotta involve a big sword before it counts as conversation XD
Custom Weapon: Two-handed blade designed to be as light as a feather yet as strong as any other weapon. The blade is similar to a Broad sword yet it has two green lines running down each side.
Signature Attack: Falling feathers- Tenshi flaps his wings spreading the feathers all around one target, creating a sphere of falling feathers. These feathers then enclose on the target constantly scratching at it, ripping it to pieces.
60 damage to one 3 turn cooldown
KA DONE! I'll take a wideshot, cannon, and a speed upgrade.

RP reason- As Tenshi was the leader of special ops, he had upgrades already established into his system (Navicust, and the speed XD) Gaeherris however made a slight error in his retreat from the area and could only keep (insert starting chip pack) Along with beloved chips sent from an old friend (Insert wideshot and cannon) Thus, these two came out of the event slightly unprepared compared to usual cases and the rest of their squad.

The at mod's discretion REALLY means at the mod's discretion, we're talking 5 percent chance of actually hitting more than one enemy. The reason I put it could hit more than one is because of the whole dynamics of the attack.
Imagine this, there are pistols with one bullet surrounding you 360 degrees around and 360 degrees above. They all fire at the same time. Of course something may be hit, but overall all the bullets go for one specific target. But because of the circular radius, more than one can be hit. but the chances are once again 5 percent/lower due to gaps in the attack
Thus the can hit more than one clause
