Vita Murasaki and Zetaman.exe

Operator
Name: Vita Murasaki
Age: 19
Gender: Female

Appearance: Vita is a young woman with a very small build who more often than not is mistakenly taken as younger. She is only 5'2" and has a slim build with slight curves and a small chest. Her hair is a medium length brown that she often fixes up to keep out of her dark blue eyes. Vita doesn't care too much about what she wears, often going with simple shirts and long skirts, keeping her fashionableness to a minimum. She does occasionally dress a little differently, going with a more professional blazer when she attends classes. Vita can rarely be found without her PET, which is often kept in her arms or at her hip. Along with her PET, she has a pair of wired heavy headphones, kept on unless she's in class or speaking with others, in which case she favours keeping them around her neck.
Vita at Work

Personality: Vita is pretty scatterbrained, keeping herself pulled in multiple direction merely due to her interest in so many things. As a hardware modder, she often switches into nerd mode around electronic wonders and customized PETs, making her often appear distracted. She doesn't reach out to other people very much, however having only recently moved into the area, she's learned to force herself to interact with people - going online makes it easier. Her innate shyness is reflected in the way she dresses and acts in public, often not wondering about what others think of her. In her personal moments, she can drop into her own little world and has some strange work methods.

PET Modifications: Vita's PET has been altered pretty heavily, at least externally. Its appearance carries a similar shape to other PETs, though with bulges and small attachments that are the result of Vita's mods. The PET works as a fully functional music device and holds a headphone jack for Vita to use, and also includes a rotating camera lens on one corner that Vita and Zetaman find use for. Her PET has also been altered to interact with devices aside from those with jack-in ports.

NetNavi
Name: Zetaman.EXE
Gender: Male
Element: Electric
Subtype: Summon

Appearance: Zetaman has an appearance that overall could be described as slightly angular and is mostly black with green lights and the occasional grey element. His head reveals most of his face, though he has a grey faceplate he can cover his mouth and nose with if he so wishes. His eyes are a stark green and he has no visible hair under his helmet. The sides of his face start angular wings that go slightly to the side and back, ending just behind and above the round, grey pods that signify his ears. On top of his head is a similar low wing that curves slightly to match the roundness of his head, and angles back forward. All three have a square green light behind them, seen best from the back, a contrast to the round black of the surroundings. His armour's shapes are best described as chevrons that are cut more round in order to curve around him. This is most obvious around his knee-high boots that have a chevron shape from every direction with space for the boot. The green lights continue to show up on the top of his feet, on the back of the heel, and long the sides of the boot. His also has shoulder pieces and long gauntlets with mostly exposed hands. The buster on his left arm is always visible, an opening above the hand on the forearm exposing a isosceles trapezoid-shaped grey barrel that sticks out a couple inches. The unarmoured elements are covered with a black bodysuit. Zetaman is slightly taller than the average Navi, but not more heavily built.

Personality: Zetaman is rather serious and doesn't much like being underestimated. Having been reformatted into a new form, he's rebellious and feels like he should be doing bigger and better things, however this is mostly contained and instead directed as frustration towards Vita. He isn't much of a fan of her activities in life regardless, and is often very vocal about those elements. When it comes to Virus busting, even though he's working from the bottom, every battle is taken very seriously. He sees the strength and possibility in himself and in Vita, and as such won't accept whining or self-pity from either of them.

Custom Weapon: Zetaman's Buster is often referred to as the 'Bolt Buster'. His normal shots, instead of being simple blasts of energy, are solid foot-long spears of energy. These last for a single moment after striking at a target or a solid object, and then shatter into nothingness. Charged shots produce larger spears, which act similarly.

Signature Attacks: (60/60 Used)

Bolt Towers: Zetaman charges up his buster, which gives off a green glow with it gathers strength. He then fires a burst of energy into the air which solidifies into three tall spires of electrical energy. These fall back down to the ground and strike targets or merely jab into tiles. They remain where they stand, and afterwards if an enemy come close to it, they are shocked with the energy, which discharges the remainder in the spear. Having discharged or not, they remain on the field until destroyed.
(Drop, Summon 90 [30 Electric Damage, 10 HP]x3, Charge Time [1], 3TCD)
Good, but (10+30)*3=120, not 90. Fix that down to 90 and it'll be approved.
Zetaman is a Summon Subtype, so his power Blueprints would make his 90 cost summon produce 120 in objects, correct?

Passive: Blueprints: The ratio for an object's point cost increases to 4:3 (Giving you 4 points for every 3 you spend. Example: NaviA puts in 90 points and gets a 120 point object).
Ah, a few misunderstandings here.

(Drop, Electric, Summon 90 [30 Damage, 10 HP]x3, Charge Time [1], 2TCD)

First off, you only need to triple the passive ability of an object (unless you meant that you summon 3 towers, each with a passive), which means you can afford 30 hp for the tower (or 3 10 hp towers...). Also, it is better to note the element next to the dmg.

Second, a 90 point sig has a 3 TCD.

You are correct with your calculations about the point cost.

Anyway, fully corrected, it'd look something like this (using your syntax):

(Drop, Summon 90 [30HP,(30 Electric Damage)x3] , Charge Time [1], 3TCD)

Bolt Towers summons 3 10 HP Towers that each deal 30 damage once. That means that the damage costs its normal value, instead of being tripled for recurring damage. I think.

I corrected the cool-down and noted the electric damage properly, however.
Get out there and bust some viruses!

Approved.
