New Terrain Types

I came up with 5, there are 4 elemental terrains, and one restricted terrain.

Volcano
* Can Burrow and Submerge, but every non-fire elemental navi takes 10 damage every action when Burrowed or Submerged. Wood elements take 20 damage instead.
* Powers up Fire Chips, Fire Busters, and Fire Signatures with 10 Damage
* Every Non-Fire Elemental Virus/Navi on this terrain will take 5 damage and Burn every action spent on this terrain. Wood types get 10 damage instead and Burn.
* Fire Elementals on this terrain will be healed by 5 every action on this terrain.
* Every few turns, or when things start to get spiffy, this terrain will spit up Lava, turning the panel into Lava, and if there is a non-fire elemental on this terrain while it explodes, they take 20 damage. Wood elementals take 40 damage.
* Turns into Island when hit with a Wood-type attack that is over 100 damage.
* Deals Fire Damage + Slow when used with Panel Shot.

Lake
* Every Aqua Elemental is healed by 5 every action on this terrain.
* Fire Elementals on this terrain will be hurt by 10 damage every action on this terrain.
* Cannot be Burrowed into.
* Any Non-Aqua types that attempt to Submerge into this terrain, will automatically pop out and be damaged for 30. Fire types will be damage for 60.
* Powers up Aqua Chips, Aqua Busters, and Aqua Signatures by 10 Damage.
* When hit by a Elec-type attack that is over 100 damage, it will turn into Power Plant.
* Deals Aqua Damage + Microburst when used with Panel Shot.

Island
* Non-Wood elementals will get lost in this terrain, making them lose 1 action every turn.
* Wood elementals can grow one 50 HP Tree in this terrain every 3 turns.
* Cannot be Submerged into.
* If burrowed into, it turns into Mud.
* Powers up Wood Chips, Wood Busters, and Wood Signatures by 10 Damage.
* When hit by a Fire-Type attack that is over 100 damage, it will turn into Volcano.
* Deals Wood Damage + Phasing when used with Panel Shot.

Power Plant
* Non-Elec elementals will lose 15 damage every turn due to being shocked.
* Elec elementals can only burrow into this terrain. Non-Elec elementals will take 25 damage + Microburst if attempting to burrow into.
* Cannot be Submerged into.
* Elec elementals will heal 10 damage every turn.
* Powers up Elec Chips, Elec Busters, and Elec Signatures by 10 Damage.
* When hit with a Aqua-Type attack over 100 damage, it will turn into Lake.
* Deals Elec Damage + Hold when used with Panel Shot.

Cybeast Bane (RESTRICTED)
* Berserk effect is added when on this terrain.
* If burrowed or submerged into, you will take 40 damage.
* Heals Cybeasts/BeastOUTS by 15 every turn.
* If you do not have a BeastOUT, you will take 20 damage every action on this terrain.
* If you do have a BeastOUT but not in the form, you will take 5 damage every action on this terrain.
* If you heal on this terrain, you will take (Insert Recovery Amount Here) damage instead of healing.
* Deals Null Damage to Self + Berserk when used with Panel Shot.

I hope these get added. I won't be surprised if Cybeast Bane isn't added.
Just at least give me some good comments. I worked hard on these terrains.
We somewhat recently implemented several new terrain types that I don't think everyone is entirely used to yet, so I think it'll be a while until we add any new ones to the mix.

I recognize the fact that you took the time to set up the layout of your suggestion to match the existing terrain types, but your ideas don't really seem to add anything particularly unique. Everything just damages or heals. Also, several of the effects don't make any sense to me either. For example, why would volcano inflict slow with panelshot? I can see that you're trying to create a some kind of balance between elec/aqua and fire/wood but that doesn't really work out.
Yeah, I guess I did do a horrible job.. ._.
