Alright two new medical techniques...

4. Tongue Depressing Barrier
Experimenting with the Thunder pole he... acquired during the Net War, DNR can now graft this very shiny item on his forearm! Quickly grafting this viral item on his persona, DNR now has the ability to create a specially devised barrier that can heal as the barrier decreases. ( 30 HP Barrier + 40 Points CONDITIONAL healing, 2 Turn Cooldown) (70 sig points total)

Clause: This heals as the barrier damages. For example, Barrier takes 20 Damage, DNR gets 20 Damage healed.

5. Asplecius' hands
Tracing an odd pattern with one of his hands, DNR seems to invoke either a special overclocking program, or maybe something mystical. Either way, DNR seems more agile than usual, although temporarily. (Haste for 1 turn + 2 Take Aims, 2 turn cooldown ) (40 + 20= 60 sig points)

TOTAL SIG POINTS USED: 520/540
Err... For the first one my math would be based on life drain:
20 for the "base" that is required for HP-barrier, then 2 points for each HP of said barrier. So that would be 20+30*2=80 points.

The other seems fine. Except 20+40=60 :'D

Also, while I can understand it just fine, next time please structure it somehow; list cooldowns, effects next to their point costs, etc..
