For Soul Flash and Soul Assimulation, I thought I had 20 Free damage, but as Robo pointed out, only the first Lvl 2 PU adds that, so I only have 10 free. Thus, both are getting kicked down from 110+effect to 100+effect and remaining at a CD of 3. SInce Eon said this was fine, I'm doing it now and just posting this to confirm the changes have been officially noted. Close once read over, if you please.
