Rune Blast

The new cap is 90 + 10 free damage.

I'll like to boost Rune Blast to 80 damage with a 2TCD plus use the ten free damage to make a 90 DMG 2TCD.

That should be fine, but do you mind updating your sig first? From the 'Rune' I take it you switched navis again but I still see Photonman and his junk.

Well, as you and Demon seem to be having an issue with my RP Rebirth issues, I was waiting until it is all clarified. Plus, I had to run off to work.
